中文摘要：	保险业是我国金融行业的重要组成部分，是防范、转移风险的有效工具，在保障社会发展方面发挥着重大作用。随着我国保险行业的发展日趋成熟，保险经纪业务也以市场补缺者的身份进入保险行业。保险经纪业务是保险中介业务的一种，是指保险经纪人以委托人的需求为宗旨，向其与保险公司提供中介服务，并获得相应咨询业务收入和佣金。保险经纪业务是保险市场精细化分工的产物，是保险交易活动的重要桥梁和纽带。在国外，保险经纪行业的发展已经比较成熟，而在我国，保险经纪行业历经二十年的发展，目前仍处于初级发展阶段。保险经纪公司的出现确实为消费者提供了一种全新的消费选择，为行业带来了良性竞争。 ? ? ? 本文首先理清了商业模式的相关概念和理论方法，然后利用九要素商业模式画布对MY保险经纪公司的商业模式进行分析，识别公司在经营管理模块、客户服务模块和财务管理模块中存在的问题。研究发现，MY保险经纪公司的商业模式目前存在关键业务流程不合规、网络渠道缺乏部署、收入来源单一等问题。针对这些问题，笔者提出了相应的优化方案，如制定标准化业务流程、加强线上渠道管理、拓展业务收入渠道等。 ? ? ? 目前我国保险业依然处于飞速发展阶段，通过对MY保险经纪公司商业模式的研究，可将其中好的经验供其他保险中介结构借鉴参考，同时通过对现有商业模式的优化，亦可推动MY保险经纪公司的持续发展，为保险行业的健康发展贡献力量。
英文摘要：	Insurance industry is an important part of China's financial industry. It is an effective tool to prevent and transfer risks. It plays an important role in ensuring social development. With the development of China's insurance industry becoming more and more mature, insurance brokerage business has also entered the insurance industry as a market complement. Insurance brokerage business is a kind of insurance intermediary business, which means that insurance brokers provide intermediary services to clients and insurance companies with the purpose of meeting the needs of clients, and obtain corresponding consulting business income and commission. Insurance brokerage business is the product of fine division of labor in the insurance market and an important bridge and link in insurance trading activities. In foreign countries, the development of insurance brokerage industry has been relatively mature, while in China, after 20 years of development, the insurance brokerage industry is still in the primary stage of development. The emergence of insurance brokerage companies has indeed provided consumers with a new consumption choice and brought benign competition to the industry. ? ? ? This study first clarifies the relevant concepts and theoretical methods of the business model, then analyzes the business model of MY insurance brokerage company by using the nine-element business model canvas, and identifies the problems existing in the operation and management module, customer service module and financial management module. The study found that the business model of MY insurance brokerage company currently has some problems, such as non-compliance of key business processes, lack of deployment of network channels, single source of income and so on. In view of these problems, the author puts forward corresponding optimization schemes, such as formulating standardized business processes, strengthening online channel management, expanding business income channels and so on. ? ? ? At present, China's insurance industry is still in the stage of rapid development. Through the research on the business model of MY insurance brokerage company, the good experience can be used for reference for other insurance intermediary structures. At the same time, through the optimization of the existing business model, it can also promote the sustainable development of MY insurance brokerage company and contribute to the healthy development of the insurance industry.
