| 中文摘要: | 近些年来,信息技术水平的不断提高,经济全球化愈演愈烈。外包市场也因此而得到了深度发展,很多大而全的跨国企业和机构纷纷通过外包进行“瘦身”,战略聚焦、转移,进而提高自身的核心竞争力。而在这些内容丰富、跨行业、跨地域的外包业务中,金融服务外包从上世纪末起就得到了持续发展。随着越来越多的银行及金融机构的参与,金融外包的范围也不断扩大,与此同时外包总量也不断增加,其中最为典型的是后台业务的离岸外包。很多银行机构通过离岸外包实现了前台与后台业务的分离,而同时这种业务的分离又使离岸外包得到了更大的发展空间。如何结合已有的国际经验和自身的特点,重视这一世界经济发展趋势,同时开拓外包市场,搭建金融后台服务外包的战略平台, 创造更多的就业岗位,调整产业结构,发展国民经济,在当今社会具有巨大的现实意义。 本文采用了理论研究与案例研究相结合的方式,首先对资源外包相关理论做出了回顾与评述,分析了资源外包的发展趋势,并列举了由于外包程度不同、合作关系不同、主体能力不一而体现出的不同表现形式。根据外包功能不同,结合本文研究方向,作者提出了金融服务外包的概念,阐述了金融服务外包形成的经济学和管理学理论基础,对交易费用理论、核心能力理论、供应链及价值链理论、资源基础理论和资源依存理论做出了浅显的分析与研究。在案例分析方面,作者以渣打银行作为研究对象,结合渣打银行150年的发展历史与经营现状,分析了促使渣打银行运营业务外包外部的技术动因、经济及市场动因、内部的竞争力、成本和风险动因,提出渣打银行发展离岸外包的必然选择及其目标。同时,以迈克尔-波特的价值链理论作为依据,分析渣打银行金融服务外包的对象选择与业务选择的方法,阐述了金融服务外包对象选择与业务选择的重要性并通过列举金融服务外包可供选择的运作模式,分析了渣打银行外包业务的模式选择以及风险控制方法。在此基础上,进一步总结了金融服务外包所存在的一般风险和其他国际化风险,以及如何防范和控制风险的方法及优秀经验总结。最后,作者给出了加快中国金融外包服务产业更快更好发展的对策建议,认为应完善相关产业发展政策,要培育有序的金融市场,加快培育外包人才,并加大知识产权保护等建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with economic globalization and information technology development, the outsourcing industry has also gained rapid growth. Especially for many large organizations and multinational companies, it has become one of the strategies to improve their core competence, which promotes a new round of global industry transformation. In the outsourcing business, financial services outsourcing as one of the main models, gains the sustainable development in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, which is presented not only in the scope of outsourcing growth, but also the further expansion of business areas, in particular, represented by back-office outsourcing services. The separation of background and foreground is the promotion of offshore outsourcing development. It has been an important and significant research topic to combine the existing international experience with our own characteristics, pay attention to the world economic development trends, while building a strategic system of financial back-office services outsourcing, with this international trend to increase our nation's employment opportunities, and upgrade our industrial structure of the national economy. In this paper, the author combines the theoretical research and case studies. Firstly, the relevant review and comments have been made regarding to the development trend of outsourcing. The author introduces various manifestations of outsourcing due to the difference of outsourcing scopes, cooperation relationships and subject capabilities. According to outsource different functions, combined with the direction of this study, the author proposes the concept of financial services outsourcing, to explain the formation of the financial services outsourcing economics and management theory based on transaction and cost theory, core competence theory, supply chain and value chain theory, resource-based theory and resource dependence theory, made a basic analysis and research. In the case analysis, the author takes Standard Chartered Bank as the object of study, combined with Standard Chartered Bank 150-year history of the development and current business performance, gives a analysis of internal and external reasons of Standard Chartered Bank operations outsourcing, including technology motivation, economic and market acceleration, the internal competitiveness and the impacts of cost saving and risk control, which concludes that it is an inevitable choice and objective for Standard Chartered Bank to develop the offshore outsourcing. At the same time, taking M. Porter's Value Chain theory as the basis for analysis of Standard Chartered bank financial services outsourcing, the author provides the identification method of outsourcing objects and business, explaining their importance. Through the alternative modes of operations outsourcing, the author gives an analysis of Standard Chartered Bank outsourcing mode selection and risk control methods. On this basis, the author sums up the general risks inherent in outsourcing and other risks, and how to prevent and control risk approach and relevant good experiences. Finally, the author raises the suggestions of promoting China's financial services industry outsourcing development and policy proposals which includes the policy development of related industries, to foster organized financial markets, accelerate the development of international outsourcing talents, and to enhance the protection of intellectual property etc. | |
