中文摘要：	巩固和优化非公有制企业党组织建设工作是全面从严治党以来执政党工作的重要领域。近十年来，建立党组织的民营企业超过三成，我国民营企业党建工作取得了长足进步。而作为民营企业重要组成部分的家族企业，正经历创立一代卸任前的代际传承阶段，深受“富不过三代”问题的困扰，家族二代和职业经理人的选择问题成为大家关注的热点。 基于此背景，本文运用2013-2020年我国A股上市家族企业数据，选取变量投资效率，探究家族企业党组织嵌入对企业非效率投资的影响，以及CEO来源于家族成员或是职业经理人在其中是否发挥调节作用，试图探明家族企业党组织的作用，并通过对CEO不同来源的作用的讨论促使家族企业建立科学的传承机制，改变“富不过三代”现状。研究结果表明：家族企业党组织嵌入能有效抑制过度投资，改善投资不足，提高企业投资效率；其次，当CEO来源于家族成员时，能进一步加强家族企业党组织的积极作用，而当CEO来源于职业经理人时，则表现为抑制党组织的积极作用。 本文的结论为党组织嵌入的相关政策落地和实施提供了经验证据，政治参与途径不只包括在个体层面寻求政治身份和政治联系，也包括在组织层面的党组织建设。家族企业应该把二者有机地结合起来，从而构建一种更加健康的、规范的政商关系。与此同时，家族企业应加大对家族成员和职业经理人的引导和监督，并建立科学的治理和传承机制，从而实现家族企业基业长青。
英文摘要：	Since the Party exercises strict self-governance in every respect, strengthening and improving the party building of non-public enterprises becomes an important task. In the past ten years, great progress has been made in the construction of party organizations, and more than 30% of private enterprises have established party organizations. The family business, which occupies half of the private enterprises, is going through the upsurge of intergenerational inheritance, and is deeply troubled by the problem of "from clog to clog is only three generations". The choice of the second generation and professional managers has become a focus of attention. Based on this background, this paper selects the data of A-share listed family enterprises in China from 2013 to 2020 as the sample to explores the impact of the embeddedness of the party organization of the family enterprise on the inefficient investment, and whether different sources of CEOs play a moderating role in it, trying to uncover the mystery of the party organization of the family business, and promote the family business to establish a scientific inheritance mechanism through the discussion on the role of the source of the CEO, breaking the curse of "richness cannot last for three generations". The research results show that the embeddedness of the party organization of the family enterprise can effectively restrain over-investment, improve under-investment, and improve the efficiency of enterprise investment; secondly, family members serving as CEOs further strengthen the positive role of party organizations by restraining enterprises from over-investing. The conclusions of this paper provide empirical evidence for the implementation of policies related to the party building of non-public enterprises. Political participation channels include not only the pursuit of political identity at the individual level, but also the establishment of party organizations at the organizational level. Family business owners should effectively combine the two, to form a more formal and healthy political and business relationship. At the same time, family enterprises should increase the guidance and supervision of family CEOs, and establish a scientific governance and inheritance mechanism, so as to realize the healthy operation and smooth inheritance of the enterprise.
