| 英文摘要: | The employment of college graduates is becoming more and more difficult. On the one hand, the number of college graduates is increasing. According to the data of the Ministry of Education, the number of college graduates is expected to be 10.76 million. On the other hand, due to the impact of COVID-19, China's economy has been on a downward trend. Many enterprises have reduced recruitment and laid off workers, and the employment capacity of various industries has been severely reduced.Under such circumstances, the employment situation of college graduates is severe, with high competitive pressure, and it often requires greater efforts to find a satisfactory job. In the job-seeking behavior of college graduates, employment-related information search and utilization behavior is a very critical part. In the whole process of job hunting, college graduates continuously acquire, screen, evaluate and use employment information until they reach the goal and find a relatively satisfactory job. However, most college graduates are employed for the first time and lack job-hunting experience and social experience. In this case, they often encounter more difficulties in the process of searching and using employment information, which leads to the phenomenon of information anxiety. Such information anxiety is not only harmful to the physical and mental health of college graduates, but also may lead to information avoidance and difficulties in employment decision-making, which may affect the progress and results of college students' job search. In order to improve the employment service in colleges and universities and help students to get employed smoothly, it is necessary for career counselors, student staff, and library information professionals in colleges and universities to gain an in-depth understanding of the information anxiety students encounter in the job search process and its causes, and to redesign and adjust student services accordingly. In this paper, we obtained data through semi-structured interviews, analyzed the performance and influencing factors of employment information anxiety of college graduates, and the use and perception of school employment information services of college graduates, and mainly came to the following conclusions: When difficulties arise in searching, screening and utilizing employment information, college graduates will have different degrees of negative emotions or even adverse physiological reactions. In the preparation period of job search, college graduates tend to respond in a negative way by avoiding information search, and may choose to delay decision making in the contracting stage, but in the job application stage, written test stage and interview stage, college graduates tend to respond by choosing relatively rational and positive information search strategies.(2) The influencing factors of college students' employment information anxiety include information factor, information platform factor, information environment factor, information literacy factor and personal factor. (3) College graduates use the recruitment information service of colleges and universities most, followed by the employment procedure service, and other services are seldom used because of the misunderstanding of college graduates about employment services and the lack of publicity of employment services by colleges and universities. (4) College graduates think that the recruitment information provided by the university is not updated timely and the information released by each recruitment information platform is not uniform. Based on the above analysis, this study proposes suggestions in three aspects:career education, improvement of existing employment information services and provision of new employment services. These include improving career education curriculum and services, constructing social practice system for college students; increasing the publicity of employment services, strengthening the construction of recruitment information resources, paying attention to mental health education, organizing the integration of employment information service platform by career guidance center and library; the career guidance center and library jointly carry out information literacy education on employment topics and provide student/alumni connection services. | |
