中文摘要:摘要 随着我国“十四五”规划和“2035年远景目标”的全面实施展开,以经济社会发展全面绿色转型为理念,为落实应对气候变化国家自主贡献目标,我国制定了“2030年前碳排放达峰行动方案”以及“2060年前实现碳中和的美好愿景”。因此,建设清洁低碳,安全高效的能源体系也将成为未来5年、10年乃至50年我国重要的现代能源绿色发展的重要使命。国家将加快发展非化石能源,大力提升风电、光伏发电规模,建设一批多能互补的清洁能源基地,使非化石能源占能源消费总量比重提高到20%左右。这一系列政策的倾斜必将为新能源企业带来巨大的市场机遇与挑战。 那么作为清洁能源最为重要的光伏产业也被推到了发展的风口。目前,我国光伏产业已经全面进入市场化阶段,光伏发电成本已经可以与火电等传统能源竞争,甚至在某些光照条件较好地区,光伏发电度电成本已经降到0.2元/kwh(度)以内,并产生了极好的社会效应和经济效应。这得益于我国政府几十年来的政策支持,以及光伏产业迅猛发展以及技术快速进步。目前,在全球光伏组件领域、光伏硅材料领域及很多细分领域排名世界前十的企业,有70%~80%都是来自中国,因此我国也名副其实地成为光伏制造大国,中国光伏产业也同中国的高铁一样成为了我国的名片,走向全球市场。然而,在光伏追踪支架领域,则呈现了不一样的风景,在该领域,国外品牌占有了市场80%~90%的市场份额,即便是这些国外企业大都从中国进行OEM生产及配套,因此大家不禁要问,为什么中国企业不能引领这个市场? 晟维新能源科技发展(天津)有限公司(品牌名SYNWELL)肩负着将中国自主品牌光伏追踪支架打入国际市场的任务于2018年11月份在天津成立了,并在2021年7月与上市公司意华股份完成了股权合作,从而进入了发展的快车道。本论文旨在通过对晟维新能源公司进行深入、全面的内外部环境研究分析,结合企业自身的发展目标和发展战略规划,从不同角度论证该企业发展战略方向的选择,为其今后的长远发展提供一定的理论参考。同时,也希望本论文对致力于新能源领域投资和创业的企业及个人起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词:光伏支架;光伏发电;竞争战略;新能源行业 
英文摘要:Abstract As the implementation of China 14th Five-Year Plan and the goal of 2035, China has formulated the action plan for Peaking Carbon Emissions by 2030 and the Vision for Carbon Neutrality by 2060 in order to implement the nationally determined contributions to climate change, with the concept of comprehensive green transformation of economic development and social impact. Therefore, building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system will be an important mission for China green energy development in next 5 years, 10 years and even further. China will accelerate the non-fossil energy by increasing the scale of wind power and Solar power generation vigorously. To build a number of clean energy power plant with complementary energy sources, So as to raise the share of non-fossil energy in total energy consumption around 20%. It would certainly have a huge market opportunities and challenges for new energy enterprises by these policy inclination. Photovoltaic(PV in short) industry as the most important clean energy has been pushed into a rapid development area. At present, China photovoltaic industry has fully entered the marketization stage. The cost of solar energy has been able to be compete with traditional energy such as thermal power. Even in some area which has better solar irradiance, the cost could be achieved the RMB0.2/kWh or less. It takes the big impact both in social ecological environment and economic. This is due to decades of the renewable energy policy from Chinese government, as well as the rapid development of PV industry and technological progress. In Global PV area, Chinese enterprises take a bigger role and higher marketing share especially in PV module and silicon material. There are 70%~80% company from China from Top10 PV enterprise in the worldwide. So China PV industry has became another name card as the high-Speed rail to lead the global market. However, in sharp contrast to the solar panel or silicon area, there is only one company from China in the Solar tracker top 10 brand. Oversea company has taken 90% marketing share in this area even they all do the OEM business in China to supply their global market. SYNWELL (Satisfy Your Need With Energy Leading light)New Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd. (SYNWELL for short) was founded in Tianjin of China in Nov. of 2018 who is with the task into Global market of solar tracker industrial and compete oversea company by China brand. In Jul of 2021, SYNWELL was merged by Yihua which is a public company list in Shenzhen stock market. By the power of capital, SYNWELL is moving to the high-way for development. This paper aims to conduct in-depth and comprehensive research and analysis of internal and external circumstances for SYNWELL, Combined with the enterprise’s development target and strategic planning, to demonstrate the choice of SYNWELL development strategic direction from different perspectives, and to provide some theoretical reference for its long-term development in the future. Meanwhile, it is also hoped that this paper could be used as a reference for other enterprises or individuals who are committed to invest and entrepreneurship in solar business.
