| 中文摘要: | 在信息社会,信息不平等、信息分化、信息贫困、数字鸿沟等问题始终存在,不同社群间的信息分化差异与信息公平问题引起社会各界、尤其是学界的广泛重视。儿童是国家的希望,关注儿童群体的信息分化、减轻儿童信息贫困是保障儿童健康成长、推动社会发展的重要工作。在农村儿童中,有一类广泛存在但社会关注度小的群体——隔代抚养儿童。隔代抚养模式下聚集了农村老年人与儿童两类特殊的信息主体,由于老年人这一信息弱势群体的直接或间接介入,儿童在面对信息、参与信息活动时,更容易遇到信息问题,陷入信息贫困状态。而目前这一研究主题存在研究空白,隔代抚养儿童信息贫困的概念内涵、表征、产生机理尚未进行探索、信息贫困理论尚未在隔代抚养儿童群体得以验证。 在这一背景下,本研究将对农村隔代抚养儿童的信息贫困与信息脱困进行研究,提出四个研究问题:(1)农村隔代抚养儿童所处信息环境与信息活动现状如何,面临哪些信息问题?与非隔代抚养儿童有何异同?(2)农村隔代抚养儿童信息贫困的表征是什么?(3)农村隔代抚养儿童信息贫困的发生机理如何?(4)农村隔代抚养儿童信息脱困策略如何制定?围绕以上四个问题,本研究对相关文献进行综述,并对农村儿童、隔代抚养、信息贫困加以概念界定,对相关理论进行回顾,为研究设计与实施奠定基础。 本研究选取山东省某县域为个案,以当地农村隔代抚养儿童、非隔代抚养儿童、祖辈、父辈为研究群体,通过网络调查、观察法、访谈法对当地儿童的信息活动、信息环境进行调研,参考扎根理论的三级编码技术,对访谈文本进行数据分析,总结农村隔代抚养儿童的生活现状、信息活动现状、信息问题、与非隔代抚养儿童的异同及影响因素。通过讨论分析,归纳出该县域隔代抚养儿童信息贫困的表征。通过对信息活动主体、相关主体、影响因素、产生后果的讨论,构建出隔代抚养儿童信息贫困机理模型并进行传导路径阐释。最后,分别从内部信息环境、外部信息环境中的家庭、学校、同伴、公共文化、企业、政府6类相关主体出发,提出针对性策略,助力农村隔代抚养儿童信息脱困。 本研究对于推动信息贫困领域研究进展、推动信息贫困相关理论发展具有一定的理论价值,对于解决隔代抚养背景下儿童信息贫困与保障农村儿童的健康成长具有显著的现实意义。本研究在关注群体、研究视角、概念内涵界定方面具有创新性;但在研究样本、研究时间跨度中存在局限,在未来研究中可进行研究过程的优化与研究内容的深入探索。图5幅,表10个,参考文献139篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the information society, problems such as information inequality, information differentiation, information poverty and digital divide always exist. The difference of information differentiation and information equity between different communities have attracted the attention of the state and society. Children are the hope of the country. Paying attention to the information differentiation of children and reducing children's information poverty is an important work to ensure the healthy growth of children and promote social development. Among the rural children, there is a group that widely exists but has little social concern——children raised by grandparents. Under the grandparents-raising mode, there are two special information subjects——the rural elderly and rural children. Due to the direct or indirect intervention of the elderly, a vulnerable group of information, children are more likely to face information problems and fall into information poverty when facing information and participating in information activities. At present, there is a research gap in this research topic. The concept, connotation, representation and mechanism of information poverty of children raised by grandparents have not been explored, and the theory of information poverty has not been verified in children raised by grandparents. In this context, this study will explore the information poverty and information poverty relief of rural children raised by grandparents, and put forward four questions to research: (1) What is the situation of information activities of children raised by grandparents in rural? What information problems are they facing? What are the similarities and differences of information activities between children raised by grandparents and children raised by parents? (2) What is the representation of information poverty of children raised by grandparents in rural areas? (3) What is the mechanism of information poverty of children raised by grandparents in rural areas? (4) How to formulate the information poverty relief strategy for children raised by grandparents in rural areas? Focusing on the above four questions, this study summarizes the relevant literature, defines the concepts of the rural children, grandparents raising and information poverty, and reviews the relevant theories, to lay the foundation for the design and implementation of the research. This study selects a county in Shandong Province as a case, takes the local rural children raised by grandparents, children raised by parents, grandparents, parents as the research group, investigates the local children's information activities and information environment through network investigation, observation and interview, and analyzes the data with three-level coding technology of the Ground Theory, so as to summarize the current situation of rural grandparents-raising children's life, similarities and differences with children raised by parents and influencing factors. Through analysis and discussion, this study summarizes the representation of information poverty of children raised by grandparents in rural areas. Through the discussion of information activity subjects, related subjects, influencing factors and consequences, this paper constructs the mechanism model of information poverty of children raised by grandparents and explains the transmission path. Finally, starting from the six relevant subjects of family, school, peer, public culture, enterprise and government under the internal and external information environment, this paper puts forward targeted strategies to help rural children raised by grandparents get out of information poverty. This study has certain theoretical value for promoting the research progress in the field of information poverty and promoting the development of relevant theories of information poverty. It has significant practical significance for solving children's information poverty and ensuring the healthy growth of rural children under the background of grandparents-rearing. This study is innovative in the aspects of attention group, research perspective and definition of concept connotation; However, there are limitations in the research sample and the time span of the study. In the future research, the optimization of the research process and the in-depth exploration of the research content can be carried out.
