| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着中国经济发展进入新常态阶段,银行业整体也在度过黄金十年之后进入了精细化管理、差异化经营的新阶段。作为中小银行的资产、利润的主要来源,对公业务一直是其生存发展的立行之本。而中小银行在与大型银行竞争中因品牌、产品、网点、信息技术等方面存在的先天性劣势,需要通过信贷业务作为与公司客户合作的敲门砖来获取客户。近几年来,天津市作为北方重要的金融、制造业中心在经济发展中遭遇了GDP挤水分、国企大面积暴雷等不利事件的影响,使得天津市各家银行遭受了不同程度的资产损失,在此情况下各家银行也根据自身的不同情况调整了天津区域的发展政策。 本文以D银行天津分行为主要研究对象,利用案例分析方法和文献分析方法对D银行天津分行在公司信贷业务发展的现状、问题及出现问题的原因进行了描述和分析。在发展策略改进分析中,基于D银行天津分行出现的问题,根据中小银行发展的相关研究以及市场营销的相关理论提出了包括明确市场定位、运用营销手段提升营销效果、优化流程管理提升业务效率等的发展建议。另外,为实现发展策略的落地,需要D银行总行及分行管理层从企业文化建设、人力资源考核和组织建设、数据平台和管理智能化平台建设和全面风险管理体系和合规文化体系建设保障等方面提供保障,为D银行天津分行在公司信贷业务的快速发展提供支持。 通过本文的研究,希望能将在学校所学习的工商管理相关专业知识及理论、模型运用到D银行天津分行的公司信贷业务发展工作中,并且能够对其他中小银行未来在天津市的公司信贷业务发展提供思路和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract As China's economic development enters the new normal stage, the banking industry as a whole has entered a new stage of fine management and differentiated operation after a golden decade. As the main source of assets and profits of small and medium-sized banks, corporate business has always been the foundation of their survival and development. In the competition with large banks, small and medium-sized banks need to obtain customers through credit business as a stepping stone to cooperate with corporate customers because of their inherent disadvantages in brand, products, outlets and information technology. In recent years, Tianjin, as an important financial and manufacturing center in the north, has been affected by adverse events such as GDP squeeze and large-scale thunderstorm of state-owned enterprises in economic development, which has caused various banks in Tianjin to suffer varying degrees of asset losses. In this case, various banks have also adjusted the development policies of Tianjin according to their own different conditions. Taking the behavior of bank D Tianjin Branch as the main research object, this paper describes and analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of the development of corporate credit business of bank D Tianjin Branch by using the methods of case analysis and literature analysis. In the analysis of development strategy improvement, based on the problems of bank D Tianjin Branch, according to the relevant research on the development of small and medium-sized banks and the relevant theories of marketing, this paper puts forward development suggestions including clarifying market positioning, using marketing means to improve marketing effect, optimizing process management and improving business efficiency. In addition, in order to implement the development strategy, the head office and branch management of bank d need to provide guarantee from the aspects of corporate culture construction, human resources assessment and organization construction, data platform and intelligent management platform construction, comprehensive risk management system and compliance culture system construction guarantee, so as to provide support for the rapid development of corporate credit business of bank D Tianjin Branch. Through this research, I hope to apply the professional knowledge, theories and models of Business Administration learned in the school to the development of corporate credit business of bank D Tianjin Branch, and provide ideas and reference for the future development of corporate credit business of other small and medium-sized banks in Tianjin. | |
