中文摘要: | 近年来,随着国民生活水平的提高,消费者的消费观念也在发生变化,对农产品的品质和安全性有了更高的要求,尤其是随着国内外疫情发展,消费者对生鲜农产品安全性的关注空前提高。除此之外,生鲜农产品由于存在易腐败、变质的特性,在供应链的各环节中存在着大量的食物浪费,因此如何保证生鲜农产品供应链中的食物安全、降低食物浪费并保持可持续发展,是当前亟需解决的问题。区块链技术可以实现良好的信息追踪,并且可以保证数据传输的安全可靠,不仅可以有效地实现农产品的全程可追溯性,而且能够帮助减少食物浪费,因此研究区块链技术的应用具有重要的现实意义。 本文以生鲜农产品两级供应链为研究对象,考虑随机市场需求在受生鲜农产品安全率和价格影响的情形下,构建了由一个供应商和一个零售商组成的斯塔伯格博弈模型。本文首先分析了在分散决策和集中决策情况下,供应链关于区块链技术投入水平、定价和生产等决策变量的决策结果,并通过本文所设计的结合收益共享和成本分担的供应链契约来实现对供应链的各个成员进行协调。经过分析发现,集中决策下供应链的表现均优于分散决策,尤其是集中决策下的区块链技术投入水平更高,从而产生的食物浪费数量更少,而本文所设计的供应链契约在两个参数属于有效区间时均可以实现供应链协调。本文还通过数值检验验证了模型有效性,并对模型中相关参数进行分析,得到不同参数变化对决策结果造成的不同影响,尤其是食物浪费的影响,由此本文得到了减少生鲜农产品供应链中食物浪费的管理建议。 综上,本研究不仅对生鲜农产品供应链的相关研究进行了扩充,还对现实场景中应用区块链技术具有一定的指导意义。首先本文从理论上验证了采用科技手段提高供应链经济和环境效益的有效性,为区块链技术与供应链深入结合的学术研究拓展了研究内容和范围,还为区块链技术投入决策提供了理论指导,并且本文在建立模型中也考虑了生鲜农产品具有损耗、易腐的特性,使得模型更加贴合现实,能够为更多现实场景提供指导建议,而本文设计的供应链契约经过验证可以帮助供应链成员实现共赢。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, with the improvement of national living standard, consumers' consumption concept is also changing, and they have higher requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products. Especially with the development of epidemic at home and abroad, consumers pay unprecedented attention to the safety of fresh agricultural products. In addition, fresh agricultural products are prone to corruption and deterioration, and there is a large amount of food waste in each link of the supply chain. Therefore, how to ensure food safety in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, reduce food waste and maintain sustainable development is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Blockchain technology can achieve good information tracking and ensure the safety and reliability of data transmission. It can not only effectively achieve the full traceability of agricultural products, but also help reduce food waste. Therefore, the research on the application of blockchain technology has important practical significance. This thesis takes the two-stage supply chain of fresh agricultural products as the research object, considering that the random market demand is affected by the safety rate and price of fresh agricultural products, constructs the Starberg game model composed of one supplier and one retailer. This paper first analyzes the decision results of the supply chain on the input level, pricing and production of blockchain technology in decentralized and centralized decision-making, and realizes the coordination of each member of the supply chain through the supply chain contract designed in this paper, which combines revenue sharing and cost sharing. Through analysis, it is found that the performance of the supply chain under centralized decision is better than that under decentralized decision, especially under centralized decision, the investment level of blockchain technology is higher, resulting in less food waste. The supply chain contract designed in this paper can realize supply chain coordination when the two parameters are in the effective range. In this paper, the validity of the model was verified by numerical test, and the relevant parameters in the model were analyzed, and the different impacts of different parameters on the decision results were obtained, especially the impact of food waste. From this, the management suggestions on reducing food waste in the fresh agricultural supply chain were obtained. To sum up, this study not only expands the relevant research on fresh agricultural supply chain, but also has certain guiding significance for the application of blockchain technology in real scenes. First of all, this article theoretically verified using technology to improve the effectiveness of the economic and environmental benefits of supply chain, to block technology chain and supply chain in-depth academic research extends the research content and scope, and also for block chain technology provides theoretical guidance for the decision-making investment, and also considered in the model in this paper the characteristics of the fresh agricultural products have loss, perishable, This makes the model more realistic and can provide guidance and suggestions for more realistic scenarios.
