| 中文摘要: | 在“大众创业,万众创新”的政策导向下,我国近年来涌现了一大批创业企业。以互联网为代表的信息科技的迭代发展,使得传统商业逻辑无法满足现实需要,新颖型商业模式设计在此时迸发出强大的生命力,成为决定创业企业存活发展的关键影响因素。尽管关于商业模式设计的研究不断深化,但大多是从定位视角或演化学习视角出发,从认知视角研究商业模式设计仍然处于起步阶段,而且目前相对缺乏结合两类视角探索新颖型商业模式设计如何形成的研究。因此本研究从创业者先前经验的角度出发并考虑效果逻辑的作用,探究新颖型商业模式设计的形成机制。 本研究从创业者个体层面出发,整合认知和演化学习两个研究视角,探索影响新创企业新颖型商业模式设计的因素。基于此,本研究提出三个研究问题:(1)创业者的哪些先前经验会影响新颖型商业模式设计?(2)创业者不同类型先前经验如何影响新创企业的新颖型商业模式设计?(3)效果逻辑是否在创业者先前经验与新颖型商业模式设计之间的关系中起中介作用?本研究针对上述三个问题通过理论推演提出假设并构建研究模型。 本研究采用问卷调查方法在全国范围内对新创企业创业者发放问卷,最终收集到有效问卷184份。基于样本数据从创业者先前经验的三个维度对新颖型商业模式设计的关系进行实证分析,发现创业者的创业经验、行业外经验对新颖型商业模式设计有显著的正向作用,创业者行业内经验对新颖型商业模式设计有负向作用但并不显著。效果逻辑对新颖型商业模式设计也有明显的正向作用。效果逻辑分别在创业者创业经验对新颖型商业模式设计的影响关系中,行业内经验对新颖型商业模式设计的影响关系中,行业外经验对新颖型商业模式设计的影响关系中发挥着中介作用。 本研究分析了创业者先前经验如何在效果逻辑的中介作用下影响新创企业的新颖型商业模式设计。研究结果深化了新颖型商业模式设计的前端因素的研究,并为创业者通过效果逻辑促进新颖型商业模式设计提供了理论依据。本研究还基于研究结果从创业者和创业教育两个角度提出了实践启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the policy guidance of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, a large number of start-ups have emerged in China in recent years.The iterative development of information technology,especially the Internet, makes the traditional business logic unable to satisfy the practical needs.The novel business model design bursts out strong vitality, and gradually turns into an important element in determining the survival and development of entrepreneurial enterprises in this age.The research on business model design has been deepening, but most of them are from the perspective of positioning or evolution learning.However, the study from the cognitive perspective is just at the beginning, and there is relatively a lack of research on how to form novel business model design combining the two perspectives.This study explores the formation mechanism of novel business model design from the perspective of entrepreneurs’ prior experience and considers the role of effectuation . From the perspective of individual entrepreneurs, this study integrates the two perspectives of cognition and evolutionary learning to explore the factors affecting the design of novel business model of new enterprises. This research raises questions based on the above background: (1) which entrepreneur's prior experience will affect the design of novel business models?(2) How do the different dimensions of prior experiences of entrepreneurs affect the design of novel business model of new enterprises?(3) Does the effectuation play an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurs’ prior experience and the design of novel business models? This research presents the hypothesis through theoretical deduction and builds the research model based on the above three questions. This research distributed the questionnaire to entrepreneurs of new ventures nationwide, and collected 184 valid questionnaires. Based on sample data, the research empirically analyzes the design of novel business models from three dimensions of entrepreneurs’ prior experience, and found that entrepreneurial experience, experience out-of-industry has a significant positive effect on the novel business model design, while entrepreneurs’ industry experience has a negative but not significant effect on novel business model design. Effectuation also has an obvious positive effect on the design of novel business model. Effectuation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and novel business model design, the relationship between industry experience and novel business model design, and the relationship between experience out-of-industry and novel business model design. This research analyzes how the entrepreneur's prior experience influences the novel business model design of new enterprises under the mediation action of effectuation.The research results deepen the research on the front-end factors of novel business model design, and provide a theoretical basis to conduct novel business model design through the effectuation for entrepreneurs. This research also provides practical enlightenment from the perspectives of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship education. | |
