中文摘要:健康类短视频指的是以呈现健康信息内容为主的短视频。短视频的兴起一方面为用户提供了形式多样的健康信息,但同时也存在信息质量良莠不齐的问题。评价是作为提高信息质量的重要手段之一。网络健康信息质量评价相关研究围绕健康信息质量、健康信息系统的服务质量产生了丰富的研究成果。然而对于健康类短视频的信息质量却鲜有研究关注。一方面信息用户对于动态媒介和静态媒介的认知和处理方式存在较大差异,另一方面,用户对健康信息质量的认识与专家也有差别。已有的质量评价工具和体系对于普通用户来说缺乏实用性。基于此,从用户视角开展健康类短视频信息质量评价研究是有必要的。 首先在回顾健康信息质量评价相关研究的基础上梳理出了目前常用的健康信息质量评价标准,并结合用户在线健康信息搜寻动机、行为以及健康类短视频的特征筛选出了14个初筛标准。在实证研究部分,通过实验的方法对初筛标准在健康类短视频信息质量评价中的适用性以及重要程度进行初步的验证。通过开放式访谈获取了用户评价的依据以及初筛标准以外的评价标准。基于实验结果,本研究构建了初始的健康类短视频信息质量评价体系,包含四个评价维度,16个评价标准。然后利用问卷调查法,对初始评价体系进行合理性验证和修正。通过SPSS统计分软件对问卷结果进行分析。数据分析结果显示问卷具有较好的信效度。通过因子分析对评价标准进行降维处理后,将因子载荷低于0.5的可追溯性和时效性标准进行剔除,剩余的14个标准聚类为6个评价维度。分别为信息效用质量维度,包括相关性、实用性和有用性;信息内容质量维度,包括专业性、准确性和客观性;信息来源质量维度,包括权威性和可信任性;信息获取效率为度,包括直观性和易于理解性;信息传播质量维度,包括可获取性和受众认可度。接着通过计算各标准的平均值和标准差,对其重要程度进行了排序。 研究发现,用户在对健康类短视频信息质量进行评价时会充分利用内外部线索去辅助进行判断,其中普通用户在更倾向于使用表象信息去对健康类短视频的 信息质量进行评价。此外,用户对健康类短视频信息质量的评价会受到个体特征差异以及健康信息主题的影响,对于不同主题的健康信息,用户所使用的评价标准也会有所不同。最后,本研究基于研究发现的健康类短视频目前存在的质量问题有针对性地提出了质量提升与优化策略。 本研究通过实验法与问卷调查法相结合的方式,构建了用户视角下的健康类短视频信息质量评价体系,丰富了相关研究领域的成果。研究结果为短视频平台和相关内容创作者提供给参考和借鉴,从而提高短视频平台健康类短视频的整体质量,为用户提供更高质量的健康信息服务,提升用户的在短视频平台中健康信息搜寻体验。  
英文摘要:Health short videos refer to short videos that disseminate health information. Currently, the rapid growth of short video platform provide users with diversity forms of health information. However, the quality of health short video information is still a worrying issue. Evaluation is an important way to improve information quality. Previous studies on health information evaluation have produced rich outcomes, including evaluation tools and framework. However, few studies pay attention to the quality of health short video information. And the existing evaluation frameworks lack practicality for ordinary users. Based on this ,it is necessary to carry out research on the evaluation of health short video information quality from user perspective. This paper reviewed current research in the field of health information quality evaluation and sorted out several commonly used evaluation criterion. Combined with the user’s health information seeking behavior and the characteristics of health short videos,14 criterion were selected. An experiment was conducted to verify the applicability and importance of these selected criterion. Three simulated work task situation were designed and assigned to 24 participants so that they can make judgement based on real search experience. After finishing searching tasks, an interview was conducted in order to explore the reasons for users’ evaluate and identify new criteria that can be used to evaluate the quality of health short video information. Based on experiment’s result, an initial evaluation framework including 16 criterion was developed. Then an online survey was conducted to collect quantitative data to verify the validity of the initial evaluation framework. This study used SPSS 26.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data. The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Then factor analysis was used to perform dimensionality reduction clustering analysis on evaluation criterion, and clustered 16 evaluation criterion into 6 dimensions, which are information content quality, information utility quality, information source quality, information expression quality, information acquisition efficiency and information dissemination quality. The information content quality dimension includes expertise, accuracy, and objectivity; the information source quality dimension includes authority and trustworthiness; the information acquisition efficiency dimension includes intuitiveness and understandability ; the information dissemination quality dimension includes accessibility and user recognition. The information expression quality dimension includes viewability and sensory comfort. The mean and standard deviation was calculated to determine the weight of each criteria. Study found that users make full use of internal and external clues to evaluate the quality of health short video information, and rely on the external clues to a greater extent. In addition, users' evaluation is affected by individual characteristics and health information topics. Users use different criteria for different topics. Then this paper puts forward several optimization strategies on quality improvement. Through experiment and questionnaire, this study constructs a quality evaluation framework of health short video information based on user oriented, which enriches the research outcomes in the field of quality evaluation. It also provides suggestions to the creators and short video platform on improving the overall quality of health short video. This can lead to users’ better information seeking experience in short video platform.
