中文摘要: | 联合利华已进入中国多年,虽然是一家领先的知名跨国企业,但是由于中国快速消费品市场发展迅速,公司先于其他行业进入了激烈的竞争之中,但是公司在面对激烈的市场竞争时所选取的策略是具有国际视野的,这将也为中国公司长远发展提供示范。中国已然是世界制造大国,但仍不是制造强国,把企业建设成为世界级制造企业不单是国家发展的需求,也应是每一个有进取精神的中国企业应有的追求。当前中国公司也面临着各种困难和挑战,如:成本红利和人口红利逐渐消失、国际贸易保护主义盛行等的不利因素等,而世界级制造(WCM)管理将会为企业在管理上提供巨大帮助,通过管理提升来优化成本管理、提升企业竞争力。虽然近几年来国内涌现出很多关于世界级制造(WCM)的应用和研究,但中国的企业对“世界级制造”的了解还是非常不足,能真正应用的也就更少了。国内也有一些介绍“世界级制造”的文献和书籍,可因为国内企业正处在快速发展时期,充分享受着时代红利,并未意识到加强管理带来的效果,所以没有引起重视,但近几年随着竞争加剧情况有所变化。本文通过分析世界级制造管理材料,综合运用搜集的国内外文献,通过文献研究、问卷调查、访谈、经验总结分析法等,,从而制定出李克特五点量表的调查问卷。通过问卷星软件生成问卷并采用微信的方式发放出去进行调查,再运用SPSS软件对收集到的数据进行分析,得出活动开展过程中遇到的一系列关键问题,运用所学到的价值链、运营等管理知识,对联合利华公司旗下的天津工厂如何开展世界级制造管理和开展中遇到的问题进行分析和研究总结,并提出了世界级制造管理活动开展的顶层设计、文化建设、绩效管理、培训体系、技术改造等一系列改善方法。针对改善结果设计了评估回顾方法,并通过文献研究对活动中关键因素行改善。虽然研究是针对本企业,但将会为想要开展世界级制造管理管理体系的中国本土快消企业一些启示。文章总共七章,其中图24幅,表9个,参考文献43篇。 | |
英文摘要: | Unilever has entered China for many years. Although it is a leading well-known multinational enterprise, due to the rapid development of China's FMCG market, the company has entered the fierce competition ahead of other industries. However, the strategy selected by the company in the face of fierce market competition has an international perspective, which will also provide a demonstration for the long-term development of Chinese companies. China is already a big manufacturing country in the world, but it is still not a powerful manufacturing country. Building enterprises into world-class manufacturing enterprises is not only the demand of national development, but also the due pursuit of every enterprising Chinese enterprise. At present, Chinese companies are also facing various difficulties and challenges, such as the gradual disappearance of cost dividends and demographic dividends, the prevalence of international trade protectionism and other adverse factors. World class manufacturing (WCM) management will provide great help for enterprises in management, optimize cost management and enhance enterprise competitiveness through management improvement. Although many applications and researches on world-class manufacturing (WCM) have emerged in China in recent years, Chinese enterprises still lack the understanding of "world-class manufacturing", and fewer can be really applied. There are also some literatures and books about "world-class manufacturing" in China. However, because domestic enterprises are in a period of rapid development, fully enjoying the dividends of the times and not aware of the effect of strengthening management, they have not attracted attention, but the situation has changed with the intensification of competition in recent years. By analyzing world-class manufacturing management materials, comprehensively using the collected domestic and foreign literature, and through literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, experience summary and analysis, this paper formulates the questionnaire of Likert five point scale. The questionnaire is generated through the questionnaire Star software and distributed through WeChat for investigation, and then the collected data are analyzed by SPSS software to obtain a series of key problems encountered in the process of carrying out the activity. Using the learned management knowledge of value chain and operation, this paper analyzes, studies and summarizes how to carry out world-class manufacturing management and problems encountered in the development of Unilever's Tianjin plant, It also puts forward a series of improvement methods for world-class manufacturing management activities, such as top-level design, cultural construction, performance management, training system, technological transformation and so on. According to the improvement results, the evaluation and review method is designed, and the key factors in the activity are improved through literature research. Although the research is aimed at the enterprise, it will provide some enlightenment for Chinese local FMCG enterprises who want to develop a world-class manufacturing management system.
