中文摘要: 2020年政府工作报告提出,要重点扎实做好碳达峰、碳中和各项工作,加快实现绿色发展,这也是“十四五”时期实现产业绿色复苏、建设生态文明的必由之路。企业的生产经营活动对其所处的周边环境有着重要的影响,随着我国环境保护法律体系的不断完善、社会环保意识的提高,很多公司也更加注重环境保护的要求,以此提高企业的合法性和竞争力。创新是提升企业核心竞争力的源泉,绿色创新强调注重生态和环境保护,减少生产过程对环境不利影响,同时也关注带来的经济效益。CEO在企业发展战略的提出、决策和执行过程中都扮演了重要的角色,CEO的职业经历会使其形成不同的认知、态度和价值观,进而影响企业的绿色创新战略的制定和绿色创新绩效。本文基于高阶理论,研究CEO职业经历对企业绿色创新绩效的影响。 创新是一项耗时长、且难以在短期内转化为收益的活动,企业往往需要进行长时间的人力物力和财力投入,因此研发投入也会影响企业的绿色创新绩效。企业进行创新活动需要一定的资金支持和技术支持,企业的绩效水平较好,能够投入更多的精力拓展业务、改良生产技术,提高企业的绿色创新绩效。本文研究了企业的研发投入和企业绩效对绿色创新绩效的影响。 选取2015-2019年我国A股制造业上市公司为样本,对CEO职业经历与企业绿色创新绩效的关系进行了研究,结果发现:(1)CEO的职业经历与企业绿色创新绩效呈正相关关系。CEO的职业经历越多元化,有助于提高企业的绿色创新绩效。(2)研发投入在CEO的职业经历与企业绿色创新绩效的关系中起到中介作用。CEO职业经历丰富度提高,能增加研发投入,提升绿色创新绩效。(3)企业绩效在CEO的职业经历与企业绿色创新绩效的关系中起到正向的调节作用,能通过提供资金、技术支持提升企业绿色创新绩效。(4)相比国有企业,在非国有企业中,CEO职业经历与企业绿色创新绩效的正相关关系更显著。 上述结论表明,企业在发展过程中,应该根据自身的经营和行业特点,合理配置高管团队。管理者要注重管理知识和技能的提升,保持开放的心态。政府要完善人才市场,建立有效的信号传递机制,降低信息不对称。  
英文摘要: According to the report on the work of the Government in 2020, we need to focus on achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and accelerate green development, which is the only way to achieve green industrial recovery and build an ecological civilization during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The production and operation activities of enterprises have an important impact on the surrounding environment. With the continuous improvement of environmental protection legal institutions and the improvement of social environmental concept, many companies hasten to pay more attention to the pollution control regulation, so as to improve the conformance evaluation and competitiveness of enterprises. Innovation is the source to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Green innovation emphasizes ecological and environmental protection, reduces the adverse impact on the production process and the environment, and also pays attention to the economic benefits. CEO plays a crucial part in the course of proposing, making and implementing enterprise development strategy. The professional experience of CEO will form different cognition, attitude and values, and then affect the formulation of enterprise green innovation strategy and green innovation performance. Therefore, based on upper echelons theory, this study pay close attention to the impact of CEO career experience on enterprise green innovation performance. Innovation is a time-consuming activity that is difficult to be converted into profits in a short period of time. Enterprises often need to invest in human, physical and financial resources for a longer period of time. Therefore, R&D investment will also affect the green innovation performance of enterprises. Enterprises need certain financial support and technical support to carry out innovation activities, and their performance level is good. They can invest more energy to expand business, improve production technology, and improve their green innovation performance. Therefore, this paper also studies the impact of R&D investment and firm performance on green innovation performance. This paper selects China's a-share listed manufacturing companies from 2015 to 2019 as samples to study the relationship between CEO career experience and enterprise green innovation performance. The results show that :(1) The diversity of CEO career experience improve enterprise’s green innovation performance. The more diversiform the CEO's career experience is, the better the green innovation achievement of the enterprise is. (2) R&D investment has a positive impact on CEO career experience, and then has an impact on green innovation performance,playing an intermediary effect among them (3) Corporate performance plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between CEO's career experience and corporate green innovation performance, and can improve corporate green innovation performance by providing financial and technical support. (4) In non-state-owned enterprises, the positive correlation between CEO career experience and enterprise green innovation performance is more significant. The above conclusion indicates that in the development process, enterprises should rationally allocate senior management team according to their own operation and industry characteristics. Managers should focus on improving management knowledge and skills and keep an open mind. The government should perfect the talent market, establish an effective signal transmission mechanism and reduce information asymmetry.
