中文摘要：	数字经济已成为带动经济增长、赋能中国经济高质量发展的新引擎。国家“十四五”规划纲要提出要以数字化转型驱动生产方式、生活方式和治理方式变革。数字化转型不仅能够帮助企业降本增效，也赋予企业洞察市场需求、审视自身价值定位、重构组织结构和商业模式的机遇与能力。不同企业的资源基础和经营模式存在差异，进行数字化转型的难度也不相同，企业在自身资源和战略上进行动态改进，虽然存在一定的风险和不确定性，但在数字经济时代对于企业发展可持续竞争优势尤为重要。 本文在国家宏观政策和目前企业数字化转型需求的背景下提出了研究问题，梳理总结了国内外学者关于数字化转型对企业绩效影响的研究文献，从动态能力角度出发，探究数字化转型的三大动态能力（数字感知能力、数字捕捉能力、数字转化能力）对两项企业绩效指标（财务绩效、市场绩效）的影响机制及因果关系。以上市公司为研究样本，实证检验变量之间的直接效应和中介效应。 实证结果表明，第一，企业数字感知能力和数字转化能力对财务绩效呈现负向影响且存在滞后效应，数字捕捉能力对财务绩效呈现正向影响。三种能力均对市场绩效产生正向影响。第二，企业数字化转型动态能力构建存在因果链，企业数字捕捉能力和数字转化能力在数字感知能力与企业绩效之间起到部分中介的作用，数字捕捉能力减轻了对财务绩效的负向影响，增强了对市场绩效的正向影响；数字转化能力加重了对财务绩效的负向影响，增强了对市场绩效的正向影响，且数字转化能力的中介效应更强。第三，数字转化能力在数字捕捉能力与企业绩效之间起到部分中介作用，削弱了数字捕捉能力对企业财务绩效的正向影响，增强了数字捕捉能力对市场绩效的正向影响。综上，证实了企业通过“数字感知能力—数字捕捉能力—数字转化能力”的能力构建持续过程影响企业绩效。 最后本文根据理论分析和实证结果对数字化转型方向的理论研究层面和企业实践层面提出了一定的研究建议，以期能够对数字化转型快速发展趋势下的中国企业提供一定的启发与指导。
英文摘要：	The digital economy has become a new engine that drives economic growth and empowers China's high-quality economic development. The national "14th Five-Year Plan" outlines that digital transformation should be used to drive the change of production mode, lifestyle and governance mode. Digital transformation can not only help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, but also give enterprises the opportunity and capability to gain insight into market demand, examine their own value orientation and reconstruct organizational structure and business model. Different enterprises have different resource bases and business models, and the difficulty of digital transformation is also different. Although there are risks and uncertainties in the dynamic improvement of their own resources and strategies, it is particularly important for enterprises to develop sustainable competitive advantages in the digital economy era. In this paper, under the background of national macro-policy and the current demand of digital transformation of enterprises, the research problems are put forward, and the research literatures of domestic and foreign scholars on the influence of digital transformation on enterprise performance are summarized. From the perspective of dynamic capabilities, the influence mechanism and causality of three dynamic capabilities of digital transformation(Digital sensing capability, Digital seizing capability, Digital transforming capability) on two enterprise performance indicators (Financial performance and Market performance) are explored. Taking listed companies as research samples, this paper empirically tests the direct effect and mediating effect between variables. The empirical results show that, firstly, the enterprise's digital sensing capability and digital transforming capability have a negative impact on financial performance and lag effect, while the digital seizing capability has a positive impact on financial performance. All three capabilities have a positive impact on market performance. Secondly, there is a causality chain in the construction of enterprises' digital transformation dynamic capability. The digital seizing capability and digital transforming capability of enterprises play a partial intermediary role between digital sensing capability and enterprise performance. Digital seizing capability reduces the negative impact on financial performance and enhances the positive impact on market performance. Digital transforming capability has aggravated the negative impact on financial performance, enhanced the positive impact on market performance, and the intermediary effect of digital transforming capability is stronger. Thirdly, the digital transforming capability plays a partial intermediary role between digital seizing capability and enterprise performance, which weakens the positive impact of digital seizing capability on enterprise financial performance and enhances the positive impact of digital seizing capability on market performance. To sum up, it is confirmed that the continuous process of capability building of "digital sensing capability-digital seizing capability-digital transforming capability" affects enterprise performance. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the theoretical research level and enterprise practice level of the direction of digital transformation, in order to provide some help and guidance to Chinese enterprises under the rapid development trend of digital transformation.
