中文摘要:近些年来,伴随着我国交通领域的快速发展,我国国省干线公路建设进程跨入新时代,公路路网建设已经日趋完善。目前,公路养护工程已成为当前公路建设工程范围内重要的工程类型,它是作为公路大中修工程和公路改扩建工程两者之间的一个重点建设类型。一般具有涉及范围广、施工工序多而复杂、质量影响因素多、施工环境无法全封闭管理、质量要求高等特点。在公路养护工程施工中,质量管理是整个项目管理中的重要环节,而项目质量控制作为项目质量管理的核心阶段和关键阶段,决定着公路项目在实施过程中能否高质量完成和实现质量目标。所以,对公路养护工程的施工质量控制课题展开研究分析能够起到重要的现实意义和应用价值。本文选取北京环线公路养护工程作为案例,针对该项目如何有效加强施工质量控制进行研究分析。论文在研究时首先提出项目施工质量控制存在的共性问题并进行原因分析,其次运用质量控制相关理论工具方法以及公路养护工程质量控制理论等,从项目质量影响因素控制和项目过程质量控制两个层面,对北京环线公路养护工程施工质量控制展开系统性分析研究。针对质量影响因素控制,主要是从“人、机、料、法、环”等五个方面展开施工全过程控制,研究分析得出相应的质量控制策略。针对过程控制,主要是从项目施工的准备阶段、实施阶段和竣工验收阶段三个不同阶段分别展开研究分析,通过运用全面质量管理理论,对北京环线公路养护工程开展WBS任务分解和施工关键工序PDCA循环,并对每个阶段的质量控制关键点进行布控,从而不断改进和提升公路养护工程的施工质量控制过程。经过研究分析后,本文总结形成北京环线公路养护工程施工质量控制方案,方案对“人、机、料、法、环”五个方面提出了具体的控制策略,并完善了项目施工管理中的过程控制体系。经过应用验证,这种施工质量控制方案能够有效提高项目的施工内容,同时优化质量管理水平。并且能够为其他公路养护工程的施工质量控制研究提供理论水平和实践应用价值。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's transportation field, the construction process of national and provincial trunk highways has entered a new era, and the highway network construction has become increasingly perfect. At present, highway maintenance engineering has become an important engineering type in the scope of current highway construction engineering, which is a key construction type between highway repair engineering and highway reconstruction and expansion engineering. Generally, it has the characteristics of involving a wide range, many and complex construction procedures, many factors affecting quality, construction environment can not be fully closed management, and high quality requirements. In the construction of highway maintenance engineering, quality management is an important link in the whole project management, and the project quality control as the core and key stage of project quality management, determines whether the highway project can be completed and achieve quality objectives with high quality in the implementation process. Therefore, the research and analysis of the construction quality control of highway maintenance engineering can play an important practical significance and application value. The thesis selects the Beijing ring road maintenance project as a case to study and analyze how to effectively strengthen the construction quality control of the project. Paper first proposed project construction quality control in the existing common problems and reason analysis, secondly on the basis of the theory of quality control related tools method and highway maintenance engineering quality control theory, etc., from the project quality control factors and project process quality control of two levels, the Beijing circle highway maintenance engineering construction quality control are systemic analysis and research. In view of the quality influencing factors control, mainly from the "human, machine, material, method, environment" five aspects of the construction process control, research and analysis of the corresponding quality control strategy. In view of the process control, mainly from the project construction preparation stage, implementation stage and completion acceptance stage three different stages of research and analysis, by using the theory of total quality management, loop in Beijing road maintenance engineering to carry out the WBS task decomposition and PDCA circulation, construction of key process and key points for quality control of each phase to carry on the monitor, Thus, the construction quality control process of highway maintenance engineering is improved and promoted continuously. After research and analysis, the thesis summarizes and forms the construction quality control scheme of Beijing ring road maintenance engineering. The scheme puts forward specific control strategies for five aspects of "human, machine, material, method and environment", and improves the process control system in project construction management. Through application verification, this construction quality control scheme can effectively improve the construction content of the project, and optimize the quality management level. And it can provide theoretical level and practical application value for other highway maintenance engineering construction quality control research.
