中文摘要:在信息技术快速发展创新的今天,信息素养成为每个人应具备的一种基本能力。加快提升国民信息素养,既是新时代增强国家竞争优势的战略要求,也是建设学习型社会的重要举措。为此,我国教育部多次发文要求高等学校重视学生信息素养的培养。信息素养竞赛是图书馆发挥职能,优化信息素养教育发展的一种创新实践。从理论上看,对信息素养竞赛模式进行研究能够完善信息素养教育理论体系。从实践上看,研究能够优化信息素养竞赛的发展,促进竞赛模式充分发挥优势,在挑战性和趣味性中提高学生信息素养能力。研究创新之处一是基于竞赛模式的角度,构建系统的信息素养教育竞赛模式,并对现有模式的不足进行优化和完善。二是发掘竞赛模式推广应用的可行性,给出长期持续发展的创新方案。研究第一论述了研究背景、研究目的等内容。第二界定和阐述了信息素养、信息素养教育、竞赛教学法等概念和理论,梳理了国内外相关文献和研究。第三以全国财经高校信息素养大赛为例,构建信息素养竞赛模式。详细地了解竞赛的组织情况、开展情况和参赛情况,收集竞赛模式真实过程数据和评价。在此基础上梳理主客体、赛事过程、内容、目的等要素,从系统的整体视角出发,凝练出信息素养教育竞赛模式。强调竞赛模式的驱动给信息素养教育带来了创新活力,增强了与信息素养教育其他活动之间关联。第四对竞赛模式进行客观评价。设计参赛学生信息素养水平调查问卷,分析竞赛提升学生信息素养的效果。分析竞赛有效性、系统性、可持续性以及存在的不足,包括重视不足;教学引导不到位;人才队伍建设不足;平台功能不完善。针对问题提出优化策略:重视合作宣传;加强教学设计引导;培养教师人才团队;优化平台管理以及增强学习过程质量监控。第五,将信息素养竞赛模式与知名度认可度高的高校竞赛的模式相比较,发现信息素养竞赛模式具有推广价值和广阔发展空间,加强政策保障信息素养建设、竞赛之间的创新性联通、区域性联合开发共享以及公共图书馆竞赛模式引入,有利于竞赛模式最大化地发挥价值,促进信息素养教育的全面提升。 
英文摘要:Today, with the rapid development and innovation of information society, information literacy has become a basic ability and quality for everyone. Accelerating the improvement of national information literacy is not only a strategic requirement to enhance national competitive advantage in the new era, but also an important measure to build a learning society. For this reason, the Ministry of Education of China has issued several documents requiring colleges and universities to attach importance to the cultivation of students' information literacy. Information literacy competition is an innovative practice that brings competition teaching method into the optimal development of information literacy education. Theoretically, the study of information literacy competition mode can improve the theoretical system of information literacy education. From the practical point of view, research can optimize the development of information literacy competition, promote the competition mode to give full play to its advantages, improve students' information literacy ability in challenging and interesting ways. The first innovation of this study is to construct a systematic competition mode of information literacy education from the perspective of competition mode, and to optimize and improve the deficiencies of the existing mode. The second is to explore the feasibility of the promotion and application of the competition mode, and give innovative plans for long-term sustainable development. The first part of this study discusses the research background, research objectives. Secondly, it defines and expounds the concepts and theories of information literacy, information literacy education and competition teaching method, and sorts out relevant literatures and researches at home and abroad. Thirdly, taking the National Information Literacy Competition for Financial and Economic Universities as an example, the mode of information literacy competition is constructed. Have a detailed knowledge of the organization, development and participation of the competition and collect the real process data and evaluation of competition mode. On this basis, the subject and object, process, content, purpose and other elements are sorted out, and the information literacy education competition mode is condensed from the overall perspective of the system. II Abstract III It emphasizes that the drive of competition mode brings innovation vitality to information literacy education and strengthens the relationship with other activities of information literacy education.Fourthly, the competition mode is objectively evaluated. The questionnaire of information literacy level of participating students was designed to analyze the effect of the competition on improving students' information literacy. Analyze the effectiveness, systematicness, sustainability of the competition and the existing deficiencies, including the lack of attention, teaching guidance and talent team construction; The platform is also not fully functional. In view of the problem, the optimization strategy is put forward: attach importance to the cooperation publicity; strengthen the guidance of teaching design; cultivate teacher talent team; optimize platform management and enhance learning process quality control. Fifthly, the mode of information literacy competition is compared with that of university competitions with high popularity and recognition, find that information literacy competition mode has promotion value and vast development space. Strengthen the construction in the four aspects of policy guarantee information literacy construction, innovative connection between competitions, regional joint development and sharing, and introduction of public library competition mode. It will help the competition mode to maximize its value and promote the comprehensive improvement of information literacy education.
