| 中文摘要： | 如今，随着社会的发展，科技飞速进步，社会信息数量呈几何级数增长。巨量的信息在经过处理后能够对社会发展的各个方面产生巨大的影响力，甚至能够决定社会、经济和科学技术等活动的成败兴衰，信息已经成为各行各业生存和发展必不可少的重要资源。对律师事务所来说，信息是提供法律服务的前提，是法律事务决策的保障，是获得市场成功的前提，是优化人力资源的基础。本文以TFL律师事务所为研究对象，通过信息保障、信息检索、知识管理等相关知识，立足于法律服务业从业人员信息需求分析，从案件管理、行政管理等具体事务出发，结合TFL律师事务所自身的特点和资源，构建律师事务所信息资源保障体系。实现对内外部信息的一站式综合管理，为优化律师事务所内部工作流程和由管理律师向服务律师转型提供了可能。使律师的工作更高效，服务管理更科学，经济效益最大化，为律师事务所未来科学、可持续的发展打下坚实基础，谋求像新兴互联网企业一样更快的发展模式。本文共有图73幅，表9个，参考文献84篇。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In today's era, with the development of society and the rapid progress of science and technology, the amount of social information has increased exponentially. A huge amount of information can have a huge influence on all aspects of social development after being processed, and can even determine the success or failure of social, economic, scientific and technological activities. Information has become an indispensable and important resource for the survival and development of all walks of life. For law firms, information is the premise of providing legal services, the guarantee of legal affairs decision-making, the premise of obtaining market success, and the basis for optimizing human resources. Taking TFL law firm as the research object, this paper constructs a law firm information resource guarantee system through relevant knowledge such as information guarantee, information retrieval and knowledge management, based on the analysis of information needs of legal service practitioners, starting from specific matters such as case management and administrative management, combined with TFL law firm's own characteristics and resources. The realization of one-stop comprehensive management of internal and external information makes it possible to optimize the internal management process of law firms and transform from management lawyers to service lawyers, making lawyers’ work more efficient, service management more scientific, and economic benefits maximizing. Law firms will lay a solid foundation for the future scientific and sustainable development, and seek a faster development model like emerging Internet companies.
