中文摘要: | 摘 要近年来,高校图书馆通过举办形式多样的阅读活动,积极推进了书香社会建设,激发了广大师生的阅读兴趣,在学校乃至全社会营造了爱读书的氛围。读书会作为一种深受大众喜欢的阅读组织,越来越多的高校图书馆注意到了这一利器,纷纷成立了各种读书会以吸引师生参与到阅读中来。经过多年发展,有不少高校图书馆读书会一直生机勃勃的发展着,而同样也有不少的读书会早已名存实亡,甚至销声匿迹了。因此,探究高校图书馆读书会可持续发展的策略对于更好的开展读书会有重要的意义。本文首先通过网络调查的方法,调查了147所“双一流”建设高校在图书馆读书会的开办情况,发现52所高校有图书馆读书会组织,并详细调查其开展活动形式、频率、模式等方面情况。此外,调查中国图书馆学会在2014年和2019年读书会优秀案例中的高校馆读书会详细情况,了解了现阶段中高校图书馆读书会开展的现状和其存在的问题。其次,采用电话访谈的方法,系统访谈了天津财经大学思扬读书会的负责人和学生管理人员,详细了解读书会发展的历程和目前运营情况。并作为案例结合对访谈文本的编码分析、信息生态理论、价值共创理论和深度休闲理论深入研究分析。最后,结合现状调查和案例分析指出高校图书馆读书会可持续发展策略,要从价值共创主体、机制和环境三个层面加强建设。价值共创主体中,图书馆应重视读书会管理和提升服务水平;读书会管理者应增强使命感、强化专业性以及推出精品活动;领读人和主持人应提升其阅读专业性和活动开展的技巧性。价值共创机制的建设中,应制定读书会章程、明确其内部管理制度和激励制度等。价值共创环境建设方面,既要重视外部环境的利用,诸如借助社会、学校、技术环境等实现读书会的发展,还要重视读书活动开展过程中的读者体验和互动环境建设。关键词:高校图书馆读书会;可持续发展;价值共创;信息生态;策略 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract In recent years, university libraries have actively promoted the construction of a scholarly society by holding various reading activities, stimulated the reading interest of teachers and students, and created an atmosphere of loving reading in the school and even the whole society. As a popular reading organization, more and more university libraries have noticed this sharp weapon and set up various reading clubs to attract teachers and students to participate in reading. After years of development, many reading clubs in university libraries have been developing vigorously, and many reading clubs have long existed in name or even disappeared. Therefore, exploring the sustainable development strategy of University Library Reading Club is of great significance for better carrying out reading club. Firstly, through the method of network investigation, this paper investigates the opening of library reading clubs in 147 "double first-class" construction universities, finds that 52 universities have library reading clubs, and investigates in detail the form, frequency and mode of their activities. In addition, we investigated the details of university library reading clubs in the excellent cases of reading clubs of China Library Society in 2014 and 2019, and understood the current situation and existing problems of university library reading clubs at this stage. Secondly, using the method of telephone interview, the person in charge and student managers of Siyang Reading Club of Tianjin University of Finance and economics were systematically interviewed to understand the development process and current operation of the reading club in detail. And as a case, combined with the interview text coding analysis, information ecology theory, value co creation theory and deep leisure theory. Finally, combined with the current situation investigation and case analysis, it is pointed out that the sustainable development strategy of university library reading club should strengthen the construction from three aspects: value co creation subject, mechanism and environment. In the subject of value co creation, the library should pay attention to the management of reading clubs and improve the service level; Book club managers should enhance their sense of mission, strengthen professionalism and launch high-quality activities; Readers and moderators should improve their reading professionalism and the skills of carrying out activities. In the construction of value co creation mechanism, we should formulate the articles of association of the book club, clarify its internal management system and incentive system, etc. In terms of the construction of value co creation environment, we should not only pay attention to the utilization of the external environment, such as the development of reading clubs with the help of society, schools and technical environment, but also pay attention to the construction of reader experience and interactive environment in the process of reading activities.
