中文摘要：	对国家来说关注未成年人阅读的重要性不可言喻，青少年阅读质量和阅读能力的提升与民族的进步和发展息息相关。随着新媒体时代的不断进步，各种新技术的应用、新平台的出现，给少年儿童图书馆的阅读服务提供了更多的可能性，其中有声阅读这一新形式的出现弥补了传统阅读方式的弊端，广受读者欢迎，同时随着微信小程序等新型媒体平台的出现，利用新型移动终端等进行数字化服务正在成为各少年儿童图书馆新时期的努力方向。 当前文旅部号召公共图书馆探索依托微信、微博、短视频等社会化媒体平台开展公共数字文化服务工作，以及新冠疫情的背景下也给图书馆服务带来了新的挑战。近年来，国家也大力鼓励扶持发展有声阅读产业，进行了资金支持与法律制度政策的保障，有声阅读已然成为一种新兴受欢迎的阅读模式，青少年对其的喜好度也日益增加。因此少年儿童图书馆作为知识传播的权威机构，有责任为青少年读者拓展基于微信小程序等的新型有声阅读服务模式。 本研究基于微信小程序技术的进步发展，通过网络调查的方式，对独立开设有微信平台服务少年儿童图书馆进行检索，搜索到共55所少儿馆符合要求，并分为了七类，分别对其有声阅读小程序建设情况进行调查，对其建设状况和应用情况加以分析，并对获得的调查结果进行分类研究和对比，针对少年儿童图书馆有声阅读小程序服务现状和内容设置，指出存在的问题并提供建议和对策，旨在为我国少儿图书馆有声阅读小程序的发展提供参考，增强少年儿童图书馆有声阅读服务的竞争力，适应不断变化的信息时代。
英文摘要：	Children's reading is the starting point of national reading, and the development of reading habits of minors and the level of reading ability are related to the future of the country. With the continuous progress of the new media era, the application of various new technologies has provided more possibilities for library reading services. Among them, the emergence of a new form of audio reading has made up for the shortcomings of traditional reading methods and is widely welcomed by readers. At the same time, with the emergence of new media platforms such as WeChat mini-programs, the use of mobile terminals and other digital services and new technology services is becoming the direction of efforts of children's libraries in the new era. At present, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism calls on public libraries to explore public digital cultural services by relying on social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and short videos, and COVID-19 has also brought new challenges to library services. In recent years, the state has strongly encouraged and supported the development of the audio reading industry, and has provided financial support and legal system and policy protection. Therefore, as an authoritative institution for knowledge dissemination, the Children's Library has the responsibility to develop new audio reading based on WeChat mini-programs for young readers. service mode. Based on the progress and development of WeChat applet technology, this study selected 7 types of children's libraries in China, a total of 55 libraries, through online surveys to investigate the construction of their audio reading applet programs, and analyzed the results obtained. Research, explore the current situation of the construction of audio reading mini-programs in children's libraries, point out the existing problems and provide suggestions and countermeasures, aiming to provide reference for the construction of audio-reading mini-programs in children's libraries in my country, and enhance the competition of audio-reading services in children's libraries power to adapt to the ever-changing information age.
