| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着我国城乡建设事业的高速发展,越来越多的工业与民用建筑处于建设当中,建筑市场的竞争也越来越激烈,建设单位对设计单位要求也越来越高,图纸的设计往往要求在短时间内高质量完成,增加了设计工作难度。2020年受新冠疫情的影响,整体经济有所下滑,房地产业也受到了一定程度的影响。为提高图纸的设计质量,应对日益激烈的市场竞争,H设计院有必要对建筑设计项目进行质量控制研究。本文以具有工程设计行业甲级资质但规模中等的H设计院为例,对建筑设计项目进行质量控制研究。首先利用问卷调查法、分类统计法、访谈法识别了设计项目的质量问题,结合质量管理理论中“人、机、料、法、环、测”六大因素分析了产生质量问题的原因。在施工图设计前,利用WBS工作分解结构,将建筑设计项目结构细化,责任分工更加明确。建立了人员培训程序和总结记录程序。在施工图设计过程中,利用PDCA循环方法对影响关键工序质量的问题进行计划、实施、检查和改进。建立了内部审核程序、改进程序和及时沟通程序。后期服务阶段建立了定期回访制度、适度奖罚制度和溯源制度,为施工图质量控制提供了制度保障。做到“前中有程序、事后有制度”。通过实践验证,本文提出的质量控制措施具有很强的操作性及实用性,可以显著提高设计质量,并取得良好的设计效果,为全国各地同类设计单位的质量控制提供借鉴意义和参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the rapid development of urban and rural construction in China, more and more industrial and civil buildings are under construction, the competition in the construction market is becoming more and more fierce, and the requirements of construction units for design units are becoming higher and higher. Design tasks are often required to be completed in a short time with high quality, which increases the difficulty of design work. In 2020, the overall economy declined due to the impact of COVID-19, and the real estate industry was also affected to a certain extent. In order to improve the design quality of drawings and cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, it is necessary for H Architectural Design Institute to conduct quality control research on architectural design projects. This paper takes the H Design Institute with Grade A qualification in the engineering design industry but a medium scale as an example to study the quality control of architectural design projects. Firstly, the quality problems of the design projects were identified by using the questionnaire survey method and the classification statistics method, and the causes of the quality problems were analyzed by combining the six factors of "man, machine, material, law, environment and measurement" in the quality management theory. Before the construction drawing design, the WBS work is used to decompose the structure, the structure of the architectural design project is refined, and the division of responsibilities is more clear. Procedures for training personnel and procedures for recording summaries have been established. In the construction drawing design process, the PDCA cycle method is used to plan,do, check and action the problems that affect the quality of key processes. Timely communication procedures, internal audit procedures and improvement procedures have been established. In the later service stage, a regular return visit system, a moderate reward and punishment system and a traceability system were established, which provided institutional guarantee for the quality control of construction drawings. To achieve "procedures before and systems after the fact". Through practical verification, the quality control method proposed in this paper has strong operability and practicability, which can significantly improve the design quality and achieve good design results, providing reference significance and reference value for the quality control of similar design units across the country. | |
