中文摘要: | 2010年图书情报硕士专业学位从正式招生到现在已经过了11年的时间,然而,国内对图情档综合研究较为关注,较少针对图书情报专硕进行单独研究,也较少同时以教育和就业视角对图书情报专业硕士的现状进行研究。为了帮助图书情报专业硕士人才完善职业路径,辅助图书情报专硕教育发展以及优化图书情报人才匹配社会需求,本文针对图书情报人才供给和就业需求的供求匹配问题进行探究。 本文从三个角度开展研究,分别是图书情报专业硕士教育培养的供给端、网络招聘的就业需求端以及图书情报教育和就业供求匹配角度。首先,针对图书情报专业硕士的教育供给端,收集17家首批图书情报专业硕士授权点的培养方案,使用Nvivo 12 Plus软件对培养方案等文件进行文本分析,基于编码结果构建图书情报专业硕士教育理论模型,使用三位一体的培养目标理论提取图书情报教育在能力、知识、素质方面的教育供给特征;其次,针对图书情报专业硕士的就业需求端,通过网络爬虫采集招聘网站关于图书情报专业相关招聘文本,使用BOW和TF-IDF处理就业信息,使用K-Means对就业信息进行语义聚类,通过分析图书情报人才招聘在行业、招聘岗位和就业技能得到图书情报就业的需求特征;最后,在构建匹配模型的基础上,通过文本分析法量化结果得到图书情报专业硕士的教育供给端和招聘需求端的数据,根据数据结果计算供需序值,并最终进行图书情报教育就业的供求匹配度计算。设定图书情报教育就业匹配度评价标准后,得出知识、能力和素质各方面的匹配类型,据此进行图书情报教育就业供求匹配分析。研究发现:在专业基础理论知识、信息服务相关知识等方面达到优秀匹配且实现教育和就业供求平衡;在知识运用、思想观念等方面存在良好匹配现象;在专业实践知识、创新能力等方面出现失调匹配且存在供给缺乏现象。基于结论,本文对图书情报专业硕士教育提出了相关优化建议。图12幅,表31个,参考文献157篇。 | |
英文摘要: | It has been 11 years since the official enrollment of the master's degree in library and information science in 2010. However, domestic attention has been paid to the comprehensive research of image and information files. From the perspective of employment, the current situation of master of library and information specialty is studied. In order to help the masters of library and information majors improve their career paths, assist the development of library and information majors' education, and optimize the matching of library and information talents with social needs, this paper explores the supply and demand matching of library and information talents supply and employment needs. This paper conducts research from three perspectives, namely, the supply side of master's education and training for library and information majors, the employment demand side of online recruitment, and the angle of supply and demand matching between library and information education and employment. First of all, for the education supply side of the master of library and information major, collect the training programs of the first batch of 17 authorized points of master of library and information science, use Nvivo 12 Plus software to perform text analysis on the training programs and other documents, and build a master's education for library and information major based on the coding results. Theoretical model, using the three-in-one training goal theory to extract the education supply characteristics of library and information education in terms of ability, knowledge and quality; secondly, for the employment demand side of the master of library and information major, the recruitment website is used to collect relevant recruitment texts about library and information major through web crawlers , use BOW and TF-IDF to process employment information, use K-Means to semantically cluster employment information, and obtain the demand characteristics of library and information employment by analyzing the industry, recruitment positions and employment skills of library and information talent recruitment; finally, in the construction of matching On the basis of the model, the data of the education supply side and the recruitment demand side of the master of library and information major are obtained by quantifying the results of the text analysis method. After setting the evaluation standard of the employment matching degree of library and information education, the matching types of knowledge, ability and quality are obtained, and then the matching analysis of supply and demand of library and information education employment is carried out. The research found that: excellent matching in professional basic theoretical knowledge, information service-related knowledge, etc., and achieving a balance between education and employment supply and demand; there is a good matching phenomenon in knowledge application, ideological concepts, etc.; professional practice knowledge, innovation ability, etc. There are imbalances match and there is a shortage of supply. Based on the conclusions, this paper puts forward relevant optimization suggestions for the master's education of library and information majors. 12 figures, 31 tables, and 157 references. | |
