中文摘要:摘 要 随着现代科学技术的进步和我国对各种重要的机械设备的需求的日益增长,有各种各样机械设备的投入使用,尤其是有很多国外的机械设备被大量购置和运用。由于现代机械结构越来越复杂,功能越来越完善,自动化程度也越来越高,随之而来的是机械的故障越来越多,故障造成的损失也越来越严重,因此可能会出现设备维修和维护跟不上,难以保证机械安全运行,不能有效消除事故的问题。 目前,现代工厂的生产和运行越来越依赖于对生产设备状态信息的了解。通过采用状态监测技术和实施基于状态的维修,可以使设备连续安全可靠地运行,减少停机时间,优化维修资源,减少维修成本,使企业在市场竞争的环境下不断取得成功。 而振动检测系统就是能提前检测到机械的工作状态和故障,有效保障机械设备维护维修的项目之一。工业振动分析技术是机械状态检测和故障诊断技术之一,是确定、预测和预防旋转型设备故障的一种检测工具。实施设备振动分析将会提高设备的可靠性和工作效率,减少停机时间,消除机电故障。振动分析技术是全球通用的工具,用于确定设备故障,设定设备维修计划,使设备尽可能长时间地正常工作。 本文就振动检测项目的风险管理问题进行讨论,把项目风险管理引入到振动检测项目中。对振动检测项目进行风险识别和风险控制对策分析,能为振动检测项目正确有序地实施提供有力保证,也能使投资回报率提高,并减轻因新技术的使用而带来的风险。 本文采用了综述振动监测技术发展情况与介绍该技术风险管理研究工作相结合的方法。介绍了振动检测项目的概况,分析了影响振动检测项目实施的因素,对振动检测项目实施前和实施过程中的风险进行识别,在风险识别的基础上讨论了对振动检测项目实施的风险控制对策,及振动检测项目实施的风险应对措施等问题。  
英文摘要:Abstract With the development of modern science and technology and the increasing needs of all kinds of important machines in China, lots of machinery has been used in industrial fields, especially most of them are from foreign countries. Since the machinery are becoming more and more complicated with functions and automation trend towards perfection, while the faults and the loss caused by these faults of the breakdown machinery are becoming more serious, then the machinery maintenance and technical support is so difficult to meet the needs that will hardly to guarantee the safe operation of machinery and can not effectively eliminate the possibilities of accident. Currently the production and operations of factories increasingly rely on the information communication of production equipments condition. Through the maintenance based on condition monitoring, production equipments can be continuously operated in safe condition with downtime decreased, and maintenance resource can be optimized and maintenance cost can be reduced, which can strengthen the enterprise competitiveness markedly. Vibration monitoring system is one of the maintenance projects which just can detect the condition and faults of machinery ahead of time. The industrial vibration analysis technology is one of machinery condition monitoring and faults diagnosis technology, which is a strong detecting tool for ascertaining, forecasting and guarding against rotation machinery faults. Vibration analysis can improve reliability and efficiency of equipments, while reducing downtime and faults. Vibration analysis technology is the general tool in the world for ascertaining equipment faults, making maintenance plan and prolong equipment operating time. This thesis is established in the risk management of vibration monitoring project implement, and introduce project risk management into vibration monitoring project. It is a strong guarantee for implementing the vibration project properly and orderly if making project risk identification and risk control measures analysis in vibration monitoring project implement course, and it also can raise return on investment and mitigate the risk of new technology induced. The method is the vibration monitoring technology development combined with project risk management in the article. The author introduces general development situation of vibration monitoring technology, then analyses the factors which impacting vibration monitoring project implement, and then makes project risk identification in vibration monitoring project implement course. Based on project risk identification, the author gives the further discussion of the project risk control measures of vibration monitoring project implement, etc.
