中文摘要:为了完成项目的进度目标,通过项目进度管理理论和实际工作经验的相结合编制进度计划,将实际进度数据与进度计划数据进行比较分析,产生偏差后采取合理的措施方案等一系列管理手段来保障项目最终实现进度目标。项目进度管理是通过分析每个项目自身的特点,寻找到关键路线从而确定项目进度管理的目标,在项目准备期充分考虑各种因素对项目进度的影响,编制具有指导性的项目进度计划,通过明确项目管理团队职责分工,明晰项目管理工作流程,制定突发情况的应急预案等保障措施,使得项目以安全为不可逾越的红线、质量第一的基础上完成项目的进度目标。论文以同位素医药建设项目为研究对象,针对同位素医药建设项目医药设备专业、建筑设计跨度大、施工难度高等特殊问题,从如何针对项目自身特点编制进度计划和采取的进度控制更有实施性为切入点,实地调查研究了医药项目在进度管理理论指导下实行进度管理的应用效果。本文介绍了同位素医药建设项目进度管理存在的问题,对项目进度管理相关理论学习后筛选出适合本项目管理的理论,通过对该项目的主要生产工艺、影响实施的关键工序和放射性防护建设项目的实施重点等进行本行业专家的研讨,有针对性的对同位素医药建设项目工作结构进行分解、工作排序、估算工作持续时间等内容后,编制具备可实施性的本项目进度计划。利用挣值法等项目管理方法在项目实施的过程中,判断实际进度与计划进度是否产生偏差,并由项目管理团队针对性的制定解决方案,以保障同位素医药建设项目的实施目标。本论文主要研究了在项目进度管理理论指导下,同位素医药建设项目实施进度管理的应用效果,提出了同位素医药建设项目实施过程中专业性强、专业跨度大、以往管理职责不清晰等问题。通过理论结合实际工作经验编制指导性更强的项目进度计划,进而编制可操作性更强的项目实施方案和保障措施,而项目进度目标实现又增强了本次研究的意义,为以后类似项目提供了借鉴。 
英文摘要:In order to achieve the progress goal of the project, the progress plan is prepared through project progress management theory and practical work experience, the actual progress data is compared and analyzed with the progress plan data, and a series of management means such as reasonable measures and schemes ensure the final realization of the progress goal of the project. Project schedule management is to determine the objectives of project schedule management by analyzing the characteristics of each project and finding the key route. Isotope medicine construction project as the research object, aiming at the special problems of medical equipment specialty, large architectural design span and high construction difficulty of isotope medicine construction project, this thesis investigates and studies the application effect of medical project implementation schedule management under the guidance of project schedule management theory from the starting point of how to prepare schedule plan and take schedule control according to the characteristics of the project. This thesis introduces the problems existing in the progress management of isotopic medicine construction project. After studying the relevant theories of project progress management, the theory suitable for the project management is selected. Through the discussion of experts in the industry on the main production process of the project, the key processes affecting the implementation and the implementation focus of radioactive protection construction project, the work breakdown structure, work sequencing Work duration and other contents to prepare the progress plan of the project. In the process of project implementation, the earned value method and other progress management tools are used to collect the actual progress data and planned progress data from time to time for comparison, analyze in time when there are deviations, and the project management team formulates targeted solutions to ensure the implementation objectives of isotope medicine construction project. This thesis mainly studies the application effect of isotope medicine construction project implementation schedule management under the guidance of project schedule management theory, such as strong professionalism, large professional span, unclear previous management responsibilities and so on. Through the combination of theory and practical work experience, a more instructive project schedule is prepared, and then a more operable project implementation scheme and safeguard measures are prepared.
