中文摘要:摘 要 电信行业历经四次技术变革,电信运营商面临着传统业务增长方式难以为继、网络基础实施适应有限、用户规模出现天花板效应、电信产业生态影响力减弱的困局。电信企业无疑处在一个十字路口之中。但机遇与挑战往往相伴而生,在5G技术加持下,以诸如大数据、云、人工智能、区块链、元宇宙等新兴数字技术为核心驱动力的数字经济正在蓬勃发展,深刻影响人民观念、认知与生活方式,同时也为传统行业的变革带来巨大的可能性。党中央在“十四五规划”中强调加快数字化发展,建设数字中国。由此可见,数字经济驱动引领创新与发展将是大势所趋。而数字化转型则是数字经济发展的必由之路。 本文主要研究电信企业应该如何通过数字化转型来提升自身竞争力,参与到数字经济的大发展浪潮中来。首先梳理电信行业历史发展沿革及未来发展趋势,揭示了电信行业数字化转型的必要性与数字化转型带来的收益与机遇,然后聚焦T市移动,回顾梳理T市移动特别是4G时代战略规划,运用PEST分析工具对T市移动数字化转型面临的外部环境进行分析,同时对T市移动数字化转型各参与者的立场进行剖析,之后检视T市移动在5G时代背景下亟待解决的四大问题,结合数字经济、企业战略转型、数字化转型相关理论,运用SWOT分析工具,根据数字化转型的优劣势、机会与威胁进行数字化转型目标定位与策略选择,提出了提高公司内部效率与敏捷性、提高用户体验、摆脱营收困境,创造收入新机会三大数字化转型目标,同时基于转型目标提出了建立数字化运营体系来提高公司内部效率与敏捷性、通过对业务市场的整合与转变来全方位提高用户体验、通过发展多元化业务来摆脱营收困境,创造收入新机会三大数字化转型策略,并对T市移动数字化转型策略实施提出了四大建议,最后对在组织、文化、人才三方面对T市移动数字化转型提出策略保障实施建议。希望通过T市移动数字化转型单一案例的研究,为电信运营商乃至电信行业数字化转型提供参考、借鉴意义。 关键词:数字化转型;电信行业;电信运营商;T市移动; 
英文摘要:Abstract The telecommunications industry has undergone four technological changes, and telecommunications operators are facing the dilemma of unsustainable traditional business growth methods, limited adaptation of network infrastructure, ceiling effect on the scale of users, and weakening of the ecological influence of the telecommunications industry. Telecommunications companies are undoubtedly at a crossroads. However, opportunities and challenges often accompany each other. With the blessing of 5G technology, the digital economy, which is driven by emerging digital technologies such as big data, cloud, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and metaverse, is booming, which has profoundly affected people’s perceptions. , Cognition and lifestyle, it also brings huge possibilities for the transformation of traditional industries. The Party Central Committee emphasized in the "14th Five-Year Plan" to accelerate digital development and build a digital China. It can be seen that the digital economy will drive innovation and development to be the general trend. Digital transformation is the only way for the development of the digital economy. This article mainly studies how telecommunications companies should enhance their competitiveness through digital transformation and participate in the great development wave of the digital economy. First comb the historical development and future development trends of the telecommunications industry, reveal the necessity of digital transformation of the telecommunications industry and the benefits and opportunities brought by digital transformation, then focus on mobile in T City, review and comb the strategic planning of mobile in T City, especially in the 4G era, and apply The PEST analysis tool analyzes the external environment faced by the mobile digital transformation of T City, and analyzes the positions of the participants in the digital transformation of T City Mobile, and then examines the four major problems that T City Mobile needs to be solved in the context of the 5G era. Economics, corporate strategic transformation, digital transformation related theories, using SWOT analysis tools, according to the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of digital transformation, positioning and strategy selection of digital transformation, proposed to improve the company's internal efficiency and agility, improve user experience, and get rid of Revenue dilemmas and creating new revenue opportunities are the three major digital transformation goals. At the same time, based on the transformation goals, it is proposed to establish a digital operation system to improve the company's internal efficiency and agility, and to improve the user experience in all aspects through the integration and transformation of the business market. Diversify business to get rid of revenue dilemma and create new revenue opportunities.
