| 中文摘要: | 中国汽车工业协会在2021年初公布信息显示2020年中国汽车市场产量为2522.5万辆,同比下滑2%;2020年全年中国汽车市场累计销量为2531.1万辆,同比下滑1.9%。在当前汽车市场由增量市场向存量市场转变的大环境下,国家“十四五”规划又对汽车及汽车行业提出了更高的要求,汽车管路公司将会面临着愈加严峻的挑战。 天津中冠汽车部件制造有限公司是国内专业的汽车管路制造供应商,本文对这家公司在当前大环境下的战略进行研究,意在对公司建立适合自身发展的竞争战略和相匹配的价值链的构建提供合理化建议。通过相关的理论学习和实践回顾,本研究选择价值链构建及竞争战略的相关理论为主要研究方法和工具,采用价值链的分析方法对公司活动进行分析。对公司的外部环境运用PEST 和五力分析模型进行分析;对于公司内部情况,主要分析了公司业务发展变化和主营业务内容。再通过对中冠公司的低成本战略、差异化战略、集中化战略以及广泛化进行分析确立了公司的集中低成本的竞争战略。最后对公司的价值链活动进行了识别和界定,确立了构建价值链的系统措施及措施的一致性和持久性。并且针对于公司的研发、采购、生产措施进行了分析和建议。 本文创新的部分主要是立足汽车管路行业的实际制造公司,自己对价值链细分活动的经济技术特性进行分析。此外在价值链分析和相关对策方面,基于现实分析和未来预测,进行价值链构建,突破现有行业思维定式,希望能对汽车管路公司的后续发展有所启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | According to the information released by China Auto Industry Association at the beginning of 2021, the output of Chinese auto market in 2020 was 25,525 million, a year-on-year decrease of 2%; In 2020, the cumulative sales volume of China's automobile market was 25,311 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.9%. In the current environment of the transformation of auto market from incremental market to stock market, the national “14th five year plan” puts forward higher requirements for auto pipeline industry, and auto pipeline companies will face more and more severe challenges. Tianjin Zhongguan Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a professional auto pipeline manufacturing supplier in China. This thesis researched the company’s strategy in the current environment in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the company to establish a competitive strategy suitable for its own development and the construction of a matching value chain.Through the relevant theoretical study and practice review, this thesis selects the relevant theories of value chain construction and competitive strategy as the main research methods and tools, and uses the value chain analysis method to analyze the company’s activities. The external environment of the company is analyzed by PEST and five forces analysis model. For the internal situation of the company, it mainly analyzes the business development and changes of the company and the main business content. Then through the analysis of Zhongguan’s low-cost strategy, differentiation strategy, centralization strategy and popularization, the company’s centralized low-cost competitive strategy is established. Finally, the company’s value chain activities are identified and defined, and the systematic measures to build the value chain and the consistency and persistence of the measures are established. It also analyzes and makes suggestions on the company's R&D, procurement and production measures. The innovation part of this thesis mainly analyzes the economic and technical characteristics of value chain segmentation activities based on the actual manufacturing companies in the automobile pipeline industry. In addition, in terms of value chain analysis and relevant countermeasures, based on reality analysis and future prediction, carry out value chain construction and break through the existing industry thinking pattern, hoping to enlighten the follow-up development of automobile pipeline companies. | |
