中文摘要:资产管理行业是中国金融行业的一个重要分支,尽管起步相对较晚,但是发展非常迅速,随着“资管新规”的发布和落地,资产管理行业的从业机构均面临迫在眉睫的转型,行业发展步入新阶段,“大资管”格局正在逐步展开。公募基金公司是资产管理市场的重要机构参与者,具有高度规范化、强监管的特征,公募基金的国际业务随着我国资本市场对外开放程度的加深也在逐步发展,新的监管规则和行业格局让公募基金国际业务同时面临诸多挑战和机遇。在这一阶段的行业背景下,H基金公司国际业务的发展问题进一步凸显,如何能更好地在“资管新规”的监管框架下开展业务、扩大管理规模、提升行业地位,是需要分析和解决的首要问题。 本文从“资管新规”的背景出发,遵循“发现问题-分析问题-解决问题”的研究思路,从资产管理业务的三大核心要素——营销环节、投研环节、产品环节的角度,对比“资管新规”细则的要求和导向发现H基金公司国际业务的发展问题,进而详细分析并提出优化建议。通过研究本文认为,H基金公司国际业务的营销管理应当制定整合营销传播战略、将国际业务产品全面纳入公司营销体系、加强营销团队建设、建立完整的代销机制;投研管理应建立专业人才梯队、完善投后服务、重视基础研究工作;产品环节应筹划新产品、设专人专部、加强产品层面的风控管理。 本文希望通过对H基金国际业务的实践总结和问题分析,能够在理论上补充新的金融行业格局和监管背景下,公募基金公司业务转型的研究思路,在实践上,为跨境资产管理业务的发展提供具有普适性的建议。 
英文摘要:Asset management is an important branch of China's financial industry. It is developing very rapidly with a late start. With the release and implementation of the "New Regulations on Asset Management", the asset management institutions are facing imminent transformation, and the industry has entered a new stage of development. The "macro asset management" pattern is gradually unfolding. Public offering fund company is one of the most important institutional participants of asset management market. It has the characteristics of highly standardized, and heavily regulated. Under the greater opening of the capital market in China, the international business of public fund companies is also gradually developed and faces many challenges and opportunities at the same time. Regarding the industry background of this stage, the development problems of international business of H Fund Company is further highlighted. Better carry out business under the regulatory framework of the " New Regulations on Asset Management " and improve the competitiveness of H fund international business are the primary tasks to be achieved. The paper starts from the background of " New Regulations on Asset Management ", and use the research process of "problem found - problem analysis - problem solving". Then I came to the conclusion of my research based on the three keypoints of asset management business, marketing and investment and product, combined with the external environment and industry comparison. Through the research, this paper hold the opinion that marketing management should formulate IMC strategy, integrate international business products into the company's marketing system, strengthen the construction of marketing team, and suggest a complete commission mechanism. The management of investment and research should establish professional talent echelon, perfect post-investment service and attach importance to basic research. The product management needs to strengthen the risk control management at the product level, plan new products, and set up a special department. By summarizing the practice and analyzing the problems of H fund company's international business, this paper hopes to supplement the research ideas on business transformation of mutual fund companies under the new financial industry pattern and regulatory background theoretically, and provide universal suggestions for the development of cross-border asset management business in practice.
