中文摘要:随着通讯技术和电子芯片技术的快速发展,消费电子产品,如智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等的市场规模快速增长。特别是近年来,在5G通讯的普及以及基站铺设速度加快的影响下,新一代智能手机市场蓬勃发展。显示屏作为智能手机的重要组成部件,其生产规模在全球范围内不断扩大,相关制造企业的机遇和挑战随之而来。为了降低人工成本,手机显示屏生产企业对自动设备的依赖程度与日俱增,而该类设备大部分为非标自动化设备,设备价值高,定制性强,内部备品种类多,使用周期多样。如何既能应对与日俱增的生产压力,减少备品短缺引发的停产风险,又能在日趋激烈的市场竞争面前,降低库存设备备品带来的成本,减少资金占用,成为了手机显示屏制造企业在新的经营时期面临的重要问题。 本文首先对库存管理和设备备品管理相关的基本理论进行了回顾,然后从实际出发,对S公司的设备备品库存管理现状进行分析,找出其在备品库存管理中存在的问题,如备品在库金额高,周转率低,库存的预测偏向定性而非定量,定期品与非定期更换备品混合管理,安全库存的制定方法缺少科学性等。接着从备品分类、订货方式、备品使用量预测等方向对存在的问题给出改善方案。首先,针对S公司备品的出库与在库特点,对ABC分类的应用方式进行改善,对在库备品进行更科学快捷的分类,然后对不同种类的部品给出了不同的订货方式和需求预测模型,以便更准确地预测使用量,降低在库金额。最后为配合设备备品库存改善方案,在组织结构、绩效考核、企业文化、信息系统建设等方面给出了相应的保障措施。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of communication technology and electronic chip technology, the market size of consumer electronic products, such as smart phones, tablet computers, and notebook computers, has been growing rapidly. Especially in recent years, under the influence of the popularization of 5G communication and the acceleration of the construction of base stations, the new generation of smart phone market is booming. The production scale of mobile phone display, which is an important component of smart phones, continues to expand around the world. Opportunities and challenges for related manufacturing companies is following. In order to reduce labor costs, mobile phone display manufacturers are increasingly relying on automatic equipment, and most of this type of equipment is non-standard automation equipment, which is with high equipment value, strong customization, many types of internal equipment, and diverse use cycles. How to not only cope with the increasing production pressure and reduce the risk of production suspension caused by the shortage of spare parts, but also reduce the cost of inventory of spare parts, and reduce capital occupation in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, has become an important issue for mobile phone display manufacturer during this new period. This thesis first reviews the basic theories related to inventory management and equipment spare parts management, and then proceeds from the actual situation, analyzes the current situation of S company’s equipment spare parts inventory management, and finds out the problems that exist in the spare parts inventory management, such as the inventory amount is high, the turnover rate is low, the inventory forecast is biased towards qualitative rather than quantitative, scheduled replacement and non-scheduled replacement spare parts are mixed management, and the formulation method of safety stock lacks scientificity. Then, this thesis provides optimization plans for the existing problems from the directions of spare parts classification, ordering methods, and spare parts usage forecast. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the outbound and in-stock of S company spare parts, the application method of ABC classification is optimized, and the in-stock spare parts are classified more scientifically and quickly. Secondly, different ordering methods and demand forecasts are given for different types of parts to predict the usage more accurately and optimize the amount in stock. Finally, to cooperate with the optimization plan of equipment spare parts inventory, corresponding safeguard measures are given in the aspects of organizational structure, performance appraisal, corporate culture, and information system construction.
