中文摘要：	随着5G技术的不断发展和升级，与5G相关的产业和业务形态发生了较大的变化，围绕5G技术开展的相关产业链不断扩充，而视频业务内容也随着5G的高速度、广连接、高带宽等优势有了新的机遇，业务模式有了创新点，同时对于战略调整提出新要求。 此论文基于5G新场景下对S公司电视业务内容战略转型进行研究，讨论在新技术和业务场景下，电视视频业务的发展规律和机会，以及相适应的战略变革，通过文献阅读研究、案例分析、数据分析及归纳等方法，对于S公司的电视视频业务内容战略进行研究，分析提出优化建议和方法。 在新的业务常态下，电视业务发展调整，需要不断优化产品设计，提升用户体验，提高超清、4K等影院标准视频的占比，增加多屏连接、跨屏互动等新业务模式，同时利用新技术发展AR、VR、直播业务类型等。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development and upgrading of 5G technology, great changes have taken place in 5G related industries and business forms. The relevant industrial chain carried out around 5G technology continues to expand. With the advantages of 5G such as high speed, wide connection and high bandwidth, video business has new opportunities, business model has innovation points, and puts forward new requirements for strategic adjustment. Based on the 5G new scenario, this paper studies the TV business strategy transformation of S company, discusses the development laws and opportunities of TV and video business under the new technology and business scenario, as well as the corresponding strategic upgrading, and studies the TV and video business strategy of S company through literature reading research, case analysis, data analysis and inclusion, Analyze and put forward optimization suggestions and methods. Under the new business norm, the development and adjustment of TV business need to continuously optimize product design, improve user experience, increase the proportion of standard videos in cinemas such as ultraclear and 4K, increase new business models such as multi screen connection and cross screen interaction, and use new technologies to develop AR, VR and live broadcast business types.
