中文摘要: 现代建设项目规模越来越大,技术越来越复杂,并且参建单位多、不确定因素多、信息交互频繁、工程对社会和环境影响大。另外,大型建设项目越来越多地以“项目群”形态出现。当今项目管理的理论和思想也在不断地发展和更新,项目群管理作为新一代的项目管理思想也渐渐进入工程管理人员的视野。项目群管理理论在工程建设中的有效应用,可以解决传统项目管理理论在大型建设管理中的不足。 如何对庞大的工程项目的进度进行管理,保证项目在计划的时间内完成,成为广大工程管理人员思考的问题。本文应用项目群管理的思想和方法,结合现代的工程信息管理技术,并以天津站交通枢纽工程项目群的实践为基础,研究大型建设工程项目群在施工阶段进度计划的编制方法,利用EPS-OBS-WPS-CBS-KBS-RBS的编码技术,分析在编制实际工程项目群进度计划的问题和难点;同时研究分析工程项目群的进度控制,利用网络计划技术和赢得值技术,对工程项目群进行进度评估、预测和预警;确定工期延误预警模型指标及相应的预警原则,建立具有理论和实践应用价值的工期预警模型;研究项目群协调的必要性,提出了项目群协调系统的建立途径。 
英文摘要: With the increasing scale of modern construction projects, increasingly complex technology, more units participating in construction, more uncertainty, more frequent information exchange, and more social and environmental impact, many large-scale construction projects increasingly appear as the form of "program". The current project management theory and thought has been to develop and update, as a new project management thought, program management has gradually entered the vision of project managers. The effective application of program management theory in the construction projects can solve the deficiencies of traditional project management in the management of large-scale construction projects. It has become a question which the majority of project managers consider that how to carry out the schedule management of the large construction projects and ensure the planned project time. In this paper, applying program management ideas and methods, combined with modern construction information management techniques, based on the construction practice of integrated transportation hub program of Tianjin station, the author researches how to compile the progress schedule of large construction program in construction phase, and he analyzes the problems and difficulties in compiling the progress schedule of construction program with EPS-OBS-WPS-CBS-KBS-RBS encoding techniques.At the same time, the author studies and analyzes the progress control of construction program, and carries out the progress assessment, forecasting and early warning of construction program with network planning techniques and Earned Value techniques.In this paper, the author also determines early warning model indicators of the delay period and the corresponding the precautionary principle, establishes period early warning model full of the value of the theory and practice application, researches the necessity of program coordination, and proposes the establishment means of program coordination system. Finally, on the basis of summing up the article, the author looks ahead the future research on the subject, and proposes future research directions.
