| 中文摘要: | 环保产业作为我国新兴战略产业的最为浓重的一笔,其总量在近年来稳步 持续增长,正面临着产业的升级和转型。环保产业涉及环保设施的建设与运营、 污染废物处理处置、废弃物综合开发利用、环保资源循环利用以及清洁能源等 方面内容,覆盖面广,其专业技术水平门槛高,是高新技术应用领域的重要体 现。技术创新不仅是环保产业形成和发展的关键,也是环保产业从量变到质变 的关键。水发海若公司是一家专业从事环保水处理的国有控股高新技术企业, 专业从事环保产品开发与设计、设备生产与销售、工程配套与安装、技术咨询 与服务,为在市场竞争中利于不败之地的同时进一步巩固市场地位,通过经营 管理改革和技术创新提高企业的核心竞争力、优化管理提高企业的经营管理水 平,在新的历史发展时期,企业经营策略发展成为企业发展的关键,本文围绕 上述问题展开了详细和系统研究。 本文首先对水发海若公司所在的环保行业和所从事的产业进行了分析,同 时以公司实际经营发展为例,对企业现有的技术和经营发展中存在的问题展开 分析,并围绕公司主营业务所面临的宏观经济战略环境进行了详细的论述分析, 并以技术创新为基础,对水发海若公司所在行业领域面临的外部竞争环境和竞 争对手作为重点进行了定向分析。在对环保行业分析和企业面临的现状分析的 同时,本文通过对水发海若公司 SWOT 分析,明确了公司所在行业的内外部环 境因素、优劣势及竞争能力。随后,本文进一步分析以技术创新带动企业核心 竞争力提升的战略发展模式,确定了水发海若以“EPC+产品+投资+运营”的经 营发展战略,并且详细分析了水发海若技术创新路径、对策和发展方向,提升 企业价值的经营策略。水发海若公司应选择内外部发展相结合的模式,在明确 公司的经营发展战略,本文最后章节从公司的管理体制改革、组织结构、人才 队伍、企业信息化系统建设等方面对实施该战略的保障措施进行了论述,并提 出了一套较完整的规划方案。 综上所述,本人先就对水发海若公司经营管理中存在的问题及技术创新进 行分析,并提出一系列发展战略。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As one of China's strategic emerging industries, environmental protection industry is facing industrial upgrading and transformation while maintaining high-speed growth. As the environmental protection industry involves pollutant treatment and disposal, construction and operation of environmental protection facilities, comprehensive utilization of waste, resource recycling and cleaner production, it involves a wide range and requires high technical level, so it must be based on high technology. Technological innovation is not only the direct driving force of the formation and development of environmental protection industry, but also the key to the breakthrough progress of environmental protection industry. Enterprises engaged in this field are facing rare development opportunities and new challenges. Shuifa Hairuo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and design of environmental protection products, equipment production and sales, engineering supporting and installation, technical consultation and service. In order to achieve better business performance and stable market competitive position in the future, how to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise through management reform and technological innovation, How to optimize management and improve the level of enterprise management has become a very urgent and important problem in the new historical development period. This thesis makes a systematic research on this. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the environmental protection industry and industry where Shuifa Hairuo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is located. At the same time, taking the actual development of the company as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems of existing technology and operation development. Then, according to the company's main business, it analyzes the macroeconomic strategic environment faced by the two business fields of environmental protection and municipal government respectively, It also focuses on the competitive environment and competitors faced by Shuifa Hairuo. After the analysis of the industry and the current environment faced by the enterprise, this paper analyzes the advantages, II Abstract disadvantages and competitiveness of the company through the company SWOT. Then, by further analyzing the strategic development principle and company development purpose of technological innovation driving the improvement of enterprise core competitiveness, this paper determines the operation and development strategy of Shuifa Hairuo with "EPC + product + investment + operation", and analyzes in detail the technological innovation path, countermeasures and development direction of Shuifa Hairuo, and the business strategy of improving enterprise value. This paper also believes that Shuifa Hairuo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. should choose the road of combining internal and external growth modes. After determining the company's development strategy, the last part of this paper analyzes the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of the company's management system, team construction, corporate culture and information system construction, and puts forward a set of more complete ideas. To sum up, I first analyze the problems and technological innovation existing in the operation and management of Shuifa Hairuo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and put forward a series of development strategies. | |
