中文摘要: 近年来,汽车行业发展提出了“新四化”,即电动化、网联化、智能化、共享化的概念,加速了汽车产业的转型,作为汽车转向智能化与网联化的关键零部件之一的车机,也愈发的成为消费者购买汽车时的主要参考配置。D公司作为国内新兴的车机研发、生产与销售为一体的汽车电子企业,一直致力于车机新技术的开发与应用,已经与多家汽车厂商达成了合作意向,但是公司的项目质量管理一直存在很多问题与不足,面对激烈的市场竞争与高标准的客户需求,急需提高企业的项目质量管理水平。 本文从D公司与客户进行项目合作过程中面临的实际项目质量管理的问题出发,利用项目管理理论、质量管理理论以及汽车行业常用的一些质量工具,对D公司历史的项目质量问题进行分析,从项目质量管理的四个方面,即质量策划、质量保证、质量控制、持续改进分别制定整改方案,如建立“质量阀”的项目里程碑评审机制、实行项目质量审计、推广结构化的质量问题解决方法,利用统计过程控制(SPC)工具改善生产产品的实物质量、加强设计过程的变更管理、试验验证策划等,然后对比同类项目改进前后的效果,证明改进方案有效,再建立后续的保障措施,使得改进方案能够持续的被应用下去,为D公司后续获取更多的客户与发展打下坚实的基础。 通过此次的项目质量管理改进研究,强化了D公司对项目质量管理工作的认识、改善了客户满意度,提高了公司在行业的竞争力,也积累了一些质量改进工作的实践经验,这些经验与总结可以为其他同类型的公司的项目质量管理提供一些借鉴与实践指导,也为相关从业者提供了一些参考。 
英文摘要: In recent years, the development of the automobile industry has put forward the concept of electrification, Internet connection, intelligence and sharing, which accelerates the transformation of the automobile industry. As one of the key parts of the automobile to intelligent and Internet connection, the IHU has increasingly become the main reference configuration of consumers when buying cars. D company as the emerging domestic car machine research and development, production and sales for the integration of automotive electronic enterprises, has been committed to machine the development and application of new technology, have reached a cooperation with a number of automakers, but the company's project quality management has been a lot of problems and deficiencies, in the face of fierce market competition and the high standards of customer demand, It is urgent to improve the project quality management level of enterprises. Starting from the actual project quality management problems faced by D Company in the process of project cooperation with customers, this paper analyzes the historical project quality problems of D Company by using project management theory, quality management theory and some quality tools commonly used in the automobile industry. The quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement, respectively formulate improvement scheme, such as to establish "quality gate " project milestone review mechanism, the implementation of project quality audit, promote the quality of the structured problem solving methods, use of statistical process control tools to improve the quality of physical products, in order to strengthen the management of change in the design process, test planning, etc., Then compare the effect of similar projects before and after improvement to prove that the improvement plan is effective, and establish follow-up safeguard measures to make the improvement plan can be continuously applied, laying a solid foundation for D company to acquire more customers and develop in the future. Through this project to improve study quality management, to strengthen the understanding of project quality management of D company, improve customer satisfaction, improve the competitiveness of a company in the industry, and accumulated some practical experience as a quality improvement, the experience and summary for other companies of the same type of project quality management to provide some reference and practice guidance, it also provides some references for related practitioners.
