中文摘要: | 近年来,随着我国航空运输需求的稳步增长,以及新技术在民航旅客服务 领域的持续渗透,城市候机楼、场外值机、行李全自助托运等智能化服务的推 出,实现了旅客服务向机场外的迁移。机场外服务既有效缩短旅客值机、安检、 行李托运的时间,加快机场内旅客处理速度,又通过成功释放旅客乘机准备时 间,为航空公司、机场带来更多辅营产品及非航收入等潜在市场空间。随民航 旅客行李运输服务数字化进程加速,行李跟踪这一重要支撑,使得行李门到门 服务,成为被广泛关注的下一个产品创新点。 TS 公司作为中国民航信息领域重要的系统提供方,近年来,积极运用物联 网、互联网、大数据等技术手段,深耕民航旅客行李跟踪系统建设及产品研发, 不断拓展行李衍生服务产品,尝试开展民航旅客行李门到门业务。 目前市场上的行李门到门产品尚处于产品投放的初级阶段,主要原因是异 构系统间相互隔绝,无法实现行李地面运输跟踪信息与民航运输跟踪信息的有 效交互;机场外行李地面运输与民航旅客服务相互割裂,缺乏有效衔接和服务 一体化整合。 本文概述了 RFID 技术在民航旅客行李跟踪领域的应用,以及这一应用在国 内外的发展现状及未来趋势。介绍了行李门到门业务的相关概念及服务特点。 本文以 TS 公司民航旅客行李门到门服务平台建设为研究对象,重点就商业模式 设计进行研究。本文首先通过内外部环境分析,确定 TS 公司门到门服务平台的 战略方向,然后以商业模式画布为主要工具,展开 TS 公司民航旅客行李门到门 服务平台的商业模式设计,按照创造价值、传递价值以及获取价值的思路,依 次分析商业模式画布的 9 大核心要素,得出 TS 公司行李门到门服务平台商业模 式的完整设计。最终,基于平台商业模式设计,并围绕产品和服务设计,对平 台商务模式进行对策研究,同时制定有效实施方案。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, with the steady growth of China's air transport demand and the continuous penetration of new technologies in the field of civil aviation passenger services, the introduction of intelligent services such as urban terminals, baggage pre-security and off-site check-in has realized the migration of passenger services to the outside of airports. Off-airport services not only effectively shorten the time of check-in, security check and baggage checking, but also speed up the processing of passengers in the airport. By successfully releasing the preparation time of passengers, the off-airport services bring more potential market space for airlines and airports, such as ancillary products and non-airline revenue. With the acceleration of the digitalization process of civil aviation passenger baggage transport service, the key nodes in the baggage transport process are recorded and generated data, and through the effective transmission and sharing of data, passengers can feel and know the baggage transport process. baggage tracking data, as an important support, makes door-to-door baggage service become the next product innovation point that is widely concerned. As an important system provider in the field of civil aviation information in China, TS company has long been committed to providing professional system support, products, services and solutions to all enterprises in the whole service chain of civil aviation. In recent years, the company has actively used the Internet of Things, the Internet, big data and other technical means to deepen the construction of civil aviation passenger baggage tracking system, product research and development, and continuously develop baggage derivative service products. It plans to carry out door-to-door business of civil aviation passenger baggage. At present, door-to-door baggage products on the market are still in the initial stage of product launch. The main reason is that heterogeneous systems are isolated from each other, and the effective interaction between baggage ground transportation tracking data and aviation tracking data cannot be realized. | |
