中文摘要：	随着国家经济的发展和城镇化进程的推进，我国公共交通事业取得了举世瞩目的成就，特别是城市轨道交通基础设施建设，对于加快城镇化进程、解决城市发展面临的一系列问题起到了重要作用。传统发展理念下的城市轨道交通建设和运营面临着功能发挥不充分、财政压力巨大、难以实现收支平衡等问题。基于TOD理念的轨道交通建设发展模式成为解决所面临问题的最佳选择，现代轨道交通一体化开发项目作为该发展理念的核心受到了越来越多的重视。 针对轨道交通一体化开发设计这一新的项目类型，设计企业尚未形成与之相适应的项目管理方法，管理工作面临着诸多问题。本论文结合S一体化开发设计项目，对现代轨道交通一体化开发设计项目特点及管理难点进行分析，并探索与项目特点相适应的优化管理策略。分析表明，采用传统建筑设计项目管理方法对现代轨道交通一体化开发设计项目进行管理所面临的主要问题体现在项目流程不适应、项目组织不协调、项目相关方管理难度大、项目薪酬分配机制不合理等方面。以项目管理相关理论为指导，结合项目特点、管理难点，通过项目目标集成管理、项目组织协同管理、项目流程规范管理、项目薪酬分配机制优化管理，形成了与现代轨道交通一体化开发项目相适应的项目管理方法。 全面的优化管理策略实施保障及S一体化开发设计项目管理实践取得的良好效果，对项目管理优化策略的应用价值进行了有效验证。本研究为现代轨道交通一体化开发设计项目的有效管理提供了理论和实践指导，同时对国铁站房及公路交通枢纽一体化开发设计项目管理工作亦具有重要借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	With the development of national economy and the advancement of urbanization, China's public transport has made remarkable achievements, especially the construction of urban rail transit infrastructure, which has played an important role in accelerating the process of urbanization and solving a series of problems faced by urban development. The construction and operation of Urban Rail Transit under the traditional development concept are faced with problems such as insufficient function, huge financial pressure and difficult to achieve revenue and expenditure balance. The rail transit construction and development mode based on TOD concept has become the best choice to solve the problems faced. As the core of this development concept, modern rail transit integrated development project has attracted more and more attention. In view of the new project type of rail transit integrated development and design, the design enterprises have not formed the corresponding project management method, and the management work is facing many problems. Combined with S integrated development and design project, this paper analyzes the characteristics and management difficulties of modern rail transit integrated development and design project, and explores optimized management strategies suitable for the characteristics of the project. The analysis shows that the main problems faced by using the traditional architectural design project management method to manage the modern rail transit integrated development and design project are reflected in the maladjustment of the project process, the uncoordinated project organization, the difficulty of project related party management, the unreasonable project salary distribution mechanism and so on. Guided by the relevant theories of project management, combined with the characteristics and management difficulties of the project, through the integrated management of project objectives, the collaborative management of project organization, the standardized management of project process and the optimized management of project salary distribution mechanism, a project management method suitable for the integrated development project of modern rail transit has been formed. The implementation guarantee of comprehensive optimized management strategy and the good results of s integrated development and design project management practice have effectively verified the application value of project management optimized strategy. This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for the effective management of modern rail transit integrated development and design project, and also has important reference significance for the management of national railway station building and highway transportation hub integrated development and design project.
