中文摘要: 随着数字化、智能化的发展潮流,企业集团迎来前所未有的契机与挑战。 在大数据与人工智能背景下,探讨如何结合创新的管理思想与先进的信息技术, 提升企业资金管理水平具有重要意义。资金集中管理是企业集团常见的管理模 式,而设立财务公司作为内部金融机构是企业集团发展到一定规模的优先选择。 借助先进的信息技术支持,设计适合本企业集团的资金集中管理流程,充分利 用财务公司的金融功能,已经成为主流趋势。 本文选取 S 集团财务公司为案例,通过文献研究法、实地调研法、案例分 析法等研究方法,探究财务公司作为企业集团资金集中管理的内部非银行金融 机构,在业务开展过程中存在的问题,并结合信息不对称理论、交易成本理论 和委托代理理论分析从加强数据信息搜集与应用、创新结算服务手段与渠道、 提升机构金融服务水平和加强风险防控体系建设四个方面提出具体的优化措 施。财务公司应以集团利益最大化为目标,协同集团整体发展战略,从设立定 位角度注重提高结算及金融服务能力,以提升集团整体资金管理水平。财务公 司须充分利用内部金融机构的平台优势,挖掘、分析和利用资金集中管理中获 取的价值数据和信息,运用于产品创新开发和经营风险管控中。财务公司的发 展依赖于其资金集中管理的职能定位,一方面财务公司应高效利用资金集中管 理获取的信息资源谋求自身发展,另一方面财务公司发展壮大也会反过来促进 资金集中管理水平的提升,由此形成良性循环。 本文对 S 集团财务公司资金集中管理优化具有一定的实践指导意义,并期 望为其他企业集团财务公司开展资金集中管理工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。 
英文摘要:With the development trend of digitalization and intelligence, enterprise groups are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In the context of big data and artificial intelligence, it is of great significance to discuss how to combine innovative management ideas with advanced information technology to improve the level of enterprise capital management. Centralized management of funds is a common management mode of enterprise groups, and setting up financial companies as internal financial institutions is a priority for enterprise groups to develop to a certain scale. With the support of advanced information technology, it has become the mainstream trend to design the centralized capital management process suitable for the enterprise group and make full use of the financial function of the financial company. In this paper, the financial company of S Group is selected as the case. Through literature research method, field research method, case analysis method and other research methods, the problems existing in the business development process of the financial company as an internal non-bank financial institution with centralized management of enterprise group funds are explored. Combined with information asymmetry theory, transaction cost theory and principal-agent theory, specific optimization measures are proposed from four aspects: strengthening data information collection and application, innovating settlement service means and channels, improving financial service level of institutions and strengthening the construction of risk prevention and control system. Financial companies should maximize the group's interests as the goal, coordinate with the group's overall development strategy, focus on improving settlement and financial service capabilities from the perspective of establishment and positioning, so as to improve the group's overall fund management level. Financial companies should make full use of the platform advantages of internal financial institutions, excavate, analyze and utilize the value data and information obtained in the centralized management of funds, and apply it to product innovation and development and management and Abstract III control of business risks. The development of financial companies depends on the function orientation of centralized management of funds. On the one hand, financial companies should make efficient use of information resources obtained from centralized management of funds to seek their own development. On the other hand, the development and expansion of financial companies will in turn promote the improvement of centralized management of funds, thus forming a virtuous cycle. This paper has certain practical guiding significance for the optimization of centralized management of funds of S Group financial company, and expects to provide certain reference for other enterprise group financial companies to carry out centralized management of funds.
