| 中文摘要: | 汽车产业因为体量大、复杂度高、供应链长而被视作制造业界的皇冠。而且随着技术的专业化加深,汽车零件的供应链也在变长,供应商质量对整车厂的影响越来越大。供应商的质量管理就成为一个汽车质量管理体系中重要的一环。丰田汽车的丰田生产方式在汽车行业处于领军地位,丰田与供应商的战略合作伙伴关系也被称为业界传奇,它有一批不管丰田走到哪里都愿意跟随的供应商群。一汽丰田汽车有限公司作为丰田在中国的合资公司,其供应商体系结合了日系,现地民营以及在中国投资的欧美系的特点,呈现出一种独特的复杂性。这种复杂性也带来了复杂的质量管理问题,所以站在一汽丰田质量工程师的角度来研究供应商质量管理精益管理理论和供应商管理理论都会是一种补充。 本文结合精益管理方式的基本理论,供应商质量管理的基本体制,新车零件质量构筑的基本流程,以数据分析法、案例分析法、文献分析法等多种方法对一汽丰田的供应商质量管理现状进行了分析并指出了其管理上存在的问题。 最后归纳出本文三点结论。整车厂与供应商的合作首先是一种管理体系之间的对接,如果管理体系不相吻合的话,质量很难保证;一汽丰田现有的科层制质量管理架构有利于以从零件质量到整车质量的一个流管理,但对于更广泛的供应商管理却要借助横向的质量管理委会员体制;第三,现有的质量评价体系过于简单,不管重要度、影响度如何都是单纯的件数计算。无法起到指引供应商降低质量问题对一汽丰田生产和品质影响的方向。在提出改善策略,保障措施的同时,也对供应商质量管理的未来进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The automobile industry is regarded as the crown of the manufacturing industry because of its large volume, high complexity and long supply chain. Moreover, with the deepening of technical specialization, the supply chain of auto parts is also getting longer, and the supplier quality has a greater and greater impact on the whole vehicle factory. Supplier quality management has become an important part of an automobile quality management system. Toyota's Toyota production mode is in a leading position in the automotive industry. The strategic partnership between Toyota and suppliers is also known as the legend of the industry. It has a group of suppliers who are willing to follow wherever Toyota goes. FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., as Toyota's joint venture in China, its supplier system combines the characteristics of Japanese, local private and European and American invested in China, showing a unique complexity. This complexity also brings complex quality management problems, so it will be a supplement to study supplier quality management from the perspective of FAW Toyota quality engineers, lean management theory and supplier management theory. Combined with the basic theory of lean management, the basic system of supplier quality management and the basic process of quality construction of new car parts, this thesis analyzes the current situation of supplier quality management of FAW Toyota by means of data analysis, case analysis and literature analysis, and points out the existing problems in its management. Finally, three conclusions are summarized. The cooperation between vehicle manufacturers and suppliers is first of all a docking between management systems. If the management systems are not consistent, it is difficult to ensure the quality; The existing hierarchical quality management structure of FAW Toyota is conducive to one flow management from part quality to vehicle quality, but for broader supplier management, it should rely on the horizontal quality management committee membership system; Third, the existing quality evaluation system is too simple, regardless of the importance and influence, it is a simple calculation of the number of pieces. It can not guide suppliers to reduce the impact of quality problems on FAW Toyota's production and quality. At the same time, it also looks forward to the future of supplier quality management. | |
