| 中文摘要: | 二十世纪六十年代后期开始,金融技术革命正以前所未有的变化影响着未来金融秩序,以计算机应用、信息技术、大数据分析、云存储和移动互联网等所领导的新工业革命和技术革命,将使得传统金融学的界限、研究范式等进一步的被颠覆和重构。我国作为金融科技发展大国,金融业的高科技化已是基本趋势,并推动中国金融产业迈向一个崭新的时期。随着金融行业竞争的日趋激烈,传统商业银行依靠存贷业务形成的以产品渠道为中心的模式,正在向提供定制化产品和服务的以客户为中心理念转变,信息技术和大数据已成为重要的生产要素,帮助商业银行搭场景建生态实现批量获客,并且极大提升了工作效率和服务水平,因此金融科技受到了各家商业银行的高度重视。与此同时,科技金融公司抓住近年来互联网和大数据等十倍速变化因素的契机,实现了跨越式发展,使中国金融业正发生着诸多的颠覆性革新与变革,作为传统金融业的主要代表,商业银行受世界金融科技发展大潮的影响和冲进也越来越明显。本论文主要以我国商业银行的战略管理问题作为主要研究课题,对国内外相关研究成果进行总结,在高度关注我国商业银行业务发展趋势与科技同步发展的大背景下,利用战略管理理论及相关分析工具模型,并借鉴国内商业银行业的经验和作法,选取作者工作的BH银行作为研究对象,通过对其内外部环境展开深入分析,采用文献研究法、访谈法和问卷调查等研究方法,确定选择出适合BH银行自身情况和未来业务发展的竞争战略方案。首先,介绍BH银行的基本概况和发展现状,运用价值链和内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)等分析法,对银行内部环境因素和能力进行全面分析;其次,使用PEST分析法、波特五力模型和外部因素评价矩阵(EFE),分别对BH银行目前所处外部宏观环境和金融行业竞争情况展开分析,找出影响银行未来发展的机会和威胁因素;现次,结合BH银行整体战略愿景以及零售和批发业务战略目标,运用SWOT分析法、定性试用分析和定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM)对三种类型竞争战略进行分析和选择,根据定性和定量分析结果确定BH银行应选择差异化战略的结论。最后,制定差异化战略的实施策略和支持保障措施,为战略落地执行提供有力保障,帮助BH银行在激烈的市场竞争中实现快速健康发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the late 1960s, the financial technology revolution is affecting the future financial order with unprecedented changes. The new financial technology revolution led by computer application, information technology, big data analysis, cloud storage and mobile Internet will further subvert and reconstruct the boundaries and research paradigms of traditional finance. As a big country in the development of financial science and technology, the high-tech of financial industry is the basic trend, and strong promotes China's financial industry to a new era. With the increasingly fierce competition in the financial industry, the product channel centered pattern formed by traditional commercial banks relying on deposit and loan business is changing to the customer-centered concept of providing customized products and services. Information technology and big data have become important production factors to help commercial banks build ecology and achieve mass customer acquisition, And greatly improved the work efficiency and service level, so financial technology has been highly valued by commercial banks. At the same time, technology finance companies have seized the opportunity of ten times the speed of change factors such as the Internet and big data in recent years to achieve leapfrog development, so that China's financial industry is undergoing many subversive innovations and changes. As the main representative of the traditional financial industry, commercial banks are increasingly affected and rushed by the tide of financial technology development in the world. Taking the strategic management of China's commercial banks as the main research topic, this paper summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad. Under the background of paying great attention to the business development trend of China's commercial banks and the synchronous development of science and technology, this paper uses the strategic management theory and relevant analysis tool models, and draws lessons from the experience and practices of China's commercial banking industry, BH bank, the author's yeas of work, is selected as the research object. Through comprehensive and thorough analysis of its environment factors, the competitive strategy scheme suitable for BH bank's own situation and future business development is determined and selected by using the research methods of literature research, interview and questionnaire. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation and development status of BH bank, and comprehensively analyzes the internal environmental factors and capabilities of the bank by using the analysis methods of value chain and internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE); Secondly, PEST analysis method, Porter's five forces model and external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) are used to analyze the current external macro environment and financial industry competition of BH bank, and find out the key factors affecting future development from two aspects of opportunities and threats; At present, combined with the overall strategic vision of BH bank and the strategic objectives of retail and wholesale business, this paper analyzes and selects three types of competitive strategies by using SWOT analysis method, qualitative trial analysis and quantitative strategic plan matrix (QSPM), and determines the conclusion that BH bank should choose differentiation strategy according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, formulate the implementation strategy and support measures of differentiation strategy to provide strong guarantee for the implementation of the strategy and help BH bank achieve rapid and healthy development in the fierce market competition. | |
