中文摘要:近年来,经济全球化大环境下,中国经济快速发展,国内大中型企业迅速崛起,同时,中国劳动力成本不断升高,使得跨国公司的制造成本越来越高,利润不断走低,竞争越发激烈。弗兰德集团作为全球最大的工业减速机供应商之一,1996年在天津建厂,是典型的跨国公司。公司20多年来,不断发展,持续盈利。但如今面对着如此变化莫测的外部环境和激烈的竞争,如何选择适合本企业的竞争战略显得尤为重要。 本论文以弗兰德公司减速机业务为研究案例,对公司减速机业务的内外部环境进行了分析,结合弗兰德公司自身的发展历史和经营现状,重新梳理了企业所处的环境,以及存在的问题。并通过产业细分、竞争优势可行性分析,得出适合弗兰德公司减速机业务的竞争战略为广泛差异化。基于广泛差异化的竞争战略,对弗兰德减速机业务进行价值链细分,同时对价值链的驱动因素进行整体识别,提出了弗兰德减速机业务构建价值链的整体措施,以及构建广泛差异化价值链的重点措施。 通过以上的分析和研究,找到了弗兰德公司减速机业务获得持续竞争优势的整体方案,为弗兰德公司在激烈多变的竞争环境中获得利润,并持续经营提供了理论依据。  
英文摘要:In recent years, under the environment of economic globalization, China economy has developed rapidly, and domestic large and medium-sized enterprises have risen rapidly, At the same time, China's labor cost is raising continuously, which lead to these multinational corporation operation cost is higher and higher, profits lower and lower, and competition is more and more fierce. Flender Group, is one of the largest supplier of industrial reducers in the world, it established a factory in Tianjin in 1996, which has been developing continuously and making profits continuously for more than 20 years. However, in the face of such unpredictable external environment and fierce competition, it is particularly important to choose a competitive strategy suitable for these enterprise. This thesis takes the reducer business of Flender Company as a research case, through analyzes the internal and external environment of the reducer business of Flender Company, and combine with their own development history and management status, reorganizes the environment and existing problems of this company. And through the industry subdivision and feasibility analysis of competitive advantage, it is concluded that the competitive strategy suitable for Flender reducer business is broad differentiation. Based on the broad differentiation competitive strategy, the value chain of Flender reducer business was subdivided, at the same time, the driving factors of the value chain were identified completely. The overall measures for Flanders reducer business to build the value chain and the key measures for building the broad differentiation value chain were proposed. Through the above analysis and research, the overall solution of obtaining sustainable competitive advantage for Flender reducer business was found out, which provided theoretical basis for Flender to gain profits and continuous operation in the fierce and changeable competitive environment in future.
