| 中文摘要: | 长期以来,商业银行是执行国家宏观调控的重要途径,在社会经济运行中扮演着基石作用,其重要意义不言而喻。然而,近几年受到全球宏观经济形势下行、贸易保护主义抬头、国内产业结构转型升级等多方面因素的影响,特别是金融脱媒、利率市场化等政策的持续推进,我国的金融行业格局发生了巨大变化,商业银行经营面临了前所未有的挑战。外部环境对整个行业带来压力的同时,行业内部的竞争也更加白热化,不断变化的外部环境和激烈的市场竞争决定了商业银行想要在未来的市场中占有一席之地以及谋求更好的发展,就必须针对现有的政策、内外部环境,结合自身的实际情况,采取行之有效的发展策略。 尽管在严格的监管政策下各家银行的业务呈现出了较为严重的同质化现象,但是其自身规模、所处区域、内部资源、现有发展水平等仍然有着较大差异,因此,如何有效利用资源、扬长避短、找准一条适合自身发展的路径对银行的未来发展具有重要意义。现阶段,国内部分商业银行提出多元化发展,通过业务领域的扩张实现利润的增长;还有部分银行提出大力发展个人业务,实现利润率的提高;但是,不可否认对公业务仍然是银行最重要、最稳定的利润来源。 本文以一家有着二十多年发展历史、地处京津冀地区的城市商业银行T银行作为案例,以其公司银行业务作为研究对象,通过文献分析法和访谈分析法,结合笔者的实际工作经验,展开了全面、细致的分析研究。文章首先介绍了T银行基本情况并详细分析了现阶段公司银行业务发展中遇到的问题;然后,从管理机制、服务营销、业务结构、风险控制等角度,全面深入的展开了问题成因的研究;最终确立了服务地方经济发展、打造轻型化商业银行、提高盈利能力的发展目标,并且有针对性的提出了全面的、可行的发展策略和保障措施。以期对T银行的未来发展提供有效帮助,并为国内其他城市商业银行的发展起到借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | For a long time, Commercial banks are an important way to implement national macro-control, and they play a cornerstone role in social economy operation, and their significance is self-evident. However, in recent years, influenced by the global macroeconomic situation, the rise of trade protectionism, the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial structure and other factors, especially the continuous advancement of policies such as financial disintermediation and interest rate marketization, China's financial industry has undergone tremendous changes, and commercial banks are facing unprecedented challenges. The external environment has brought pressure on the whole industry, while the competition within the industry has become more intense. The ever-changing external environment and fierce market competition determine that commercial banks want to occupy a place in the future market and seek better development, so they must adopt effective development strategies in view of existing policies, internal and external environment and their own actual situation. Although the business of each bank presents a serious homogenization phenomenon under the strict supervision policy, there are still great differences in its own scale, region, internal resources and current development level. Therefore, it is of great significance for the future development of banks to effectively utilize resources, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and find a path suitable for their own development. At present, some domestic commercial banks put forward diversified development, and realized profit growth through expansion of business fields. Some banks also put forward to vigorously develop personal business and realize the improvement of profit margin. However, it is undeniable that corporate business is still the most important and stable source of profit for banks. In this paper, t bank, a city commercial bank with a history of more than 20 years and located in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, is taken as a case, and its corporate banking business is taken as the research object. by means of literature analysis and interview analysis, combined with the author's practical work experience, a comprehensive and detailed analysis and research is carried out. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of t bank and analyzes in detail the problems encountered in the development of corporate banking business at present. Then, from the perspectives of management mechanism, service marketing, business structure, risk control, etc., a comprehensive and in-depth study of the causes of the problems was carried out. Finally, it established the development goal of serving local economic development, building light commercial banks and improving profitability, and put forward comprehensive and feasible development strategies and safeguard measures. With a view to providing effective help for the future development of Bank T, and playing a reference role for the development of commercial banks in other cities in China. | |
