| 中文摘要: | 随着经济全球化进程的不断深入,现代物流在经济发展中的重要性与日俱增。近年来,我国跨境物流行业的政策红利不断释放,跨境物流相关利好政策相继推出。与此同时,中欧班列运力的提升、一带一路沿线物流基础建设的不断完善,都为跨境物流行业的发展提供了长期利好。机遇和挑战并存,目前物流行业竞争日趋残酷,轻资产的运营模式和2B的行业属性使得先发的网络优势转化为成本优势或者品牌优势,使得行业的集中度极低;贸易格局的变化对跨境物流的服务提出了更高的要求。作为民营企业的DY公司如何应对行业变化,修炼内功,以谋求可持续发展,是当下亟待解决的问题。 本文以DY公司为研究对象,采用文献研究法、案例分析法对DY公司进行战略重构和组织转型进行研究和分析。通过全面了解DY公司所处行业的发展现状及发展趋势,并结合企业内部所存在的问题和不足,来论证当下进行战略重构的必要性。由于目前公司继续深耕跨境物流领域,并没有开展其他新业务,所以,利基市场和顾客基础是不变的,因此战略重构必须围绕“顾客价值”来展开。而“战略决定结构,结构追随战略,结构会形成惯性,进而影响战略成果的实现”,所以在战略重构的情境下,企业必须做出相应的组织转型。本文结合上述情况梳理了DY公司的战略重构,并给出组织转型的基本方案和能力保障的建议,对同类企业具有一定的参考和指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, the importance of modern logistics in economic development is increasing day by day. In recent years, the policy dividends of China's cross-border logistics industry have been continuously released, and favorable policies related to cross-border logistics have been launched one after another. Meanwhile, the improvement of China-Europe block trains’ capacity, and the continuous improvement of logistics infrastructure along Belt and Road have provided long-term benefits for the development of cross-border logistics industry. Opportunities and challenges coexist. At present, the competition in the logistics industry is becoming increasingly cruel. The asset-light operation mode and 2B's industry attribute make it difficult for the first mover's network advantage to be transformed into cost advantage or brand advantage, resulting in extremely low industry concentration; The changes of trade pattern have placed higher demands on cross-border logistics services. As a private enterprise, DY company how to respond to the industry changes, cultivate internal skills in order to seek sustainable development is a problem which needs to be solved urgently. Taking DY company as the research object, this thesis studies and analyzes the strategic reconstruction and organizational transformation of DY company by using the methods of literature research and case analysis. Through a comprehensive understanding of the development status and development trend of DY company's industry, and combined with the problems and deficiencies existing in the enterprise, this thesis demonstrates the necessity of strategic reconstruction. Since the company continues to deepen the cross-border logistics field and has not launched other new businesses, the niche market and customer base remain unchanged. Therefore, the strategic reconstruction must be carried out around "customer value". "Strategy determines structure, structure follows strategy, structure will form inertia, and then affect the realization of strategic achievements", so in the context of strategic reconstruction, DY company must make corresponding organizational transformation. Combined with the above situation, this thesis combs the strategic reconstruction of DY company, and gives the basic scheme of organizational transformation and suggestions on ability guarantee, which has certain reference and guiding significance for similar enterprises. | |
