中文摘要: | C能源公司是一家天然气产业链完备的能源央企,承担着保障国家能源安全及达成“双碳”目标的重要使命,做好LNG相关业务,充分发挥LNG在清洁低碳能源转型中的作用,对于实现中国LNG产业高效高质发展有着重大意义。根据能源咨询机构埃信华迈(IHS)研究,在整个LNG产业链中,上游生产开发和液化碳排放占比13%~20%,船舶运输占比1%~4%,气化环节占比0%~3%,下游终端利用占比75%~85%。中上游环节较易集中控制碳排放占比低,下游环节管控难度较大碳排放占比高,每一环节都应致力于降低碳排放。航运业承担着世界贸易运输量的80%。航运业的快速发展是一把双刃剑,带来贸易运输便利性,也带来空气质量的巨大负面影响。LNG船舶加注横跨船运及终端利用两个环节,推动航运业清洁转型既是C能源公司作为央企的应有之义也是C能源公司抢占蓝海达成“双碳”目标的重要抓手。 正值中国能源结构调整时期,C能源公司发展LNG船舶加注业务面临的外部环境已发生巨变,宏观环境稳定向好,油气改革加剧行业竞争,国家管网公司正式运营,接收站资产划转使得C能源公司内部条件亦发生改变。因此,本文研究的课题即C能源公司如何借助有力优势应对复杂环境,作出适合现阶段发展LNG船舶加注业务的竞争战略,从而抢占市场蓝海,取得新的业务增长点。 基于该研究目标,笔者展开深入调研,大量查阅专业机构咨询报告、企业内部文献资料,重读理论经典。使用PEST工具、波特产业竞争理论、应用EFE建模工具从定性定量两个维度、宏观、产业、企业三个层面分析了C能源公司LNG船舶加注业务所处外部环境,深入剖析其机遇与挑战。运用战略分组理论,详述阐析LNG船舶加注市场竞争格局、产业竞争对手的情况。同时,对公司的资源保供、区位布局、技术能力等要素指标进行了分析,总结了公司发展LNG船舶加注业务的优劣势。 基于上述阶段性研究成果,应用QSPM矩阵模型,指明了C能源公司现阶段发展LNG船舶加注业务应选择差异化竞争战略。随后提出在差异化竞争战略指导下发展LNG船舶加注业务的战略实施路径和具体策略措施。文末围绕具体实施,提出组织人力优化、开发下游市场、协调资源保供、加强工程统筹、丰富资金来源的保障措施。 本文对现阶段C能源公司发展LNG船舶加注业务内外部环境进行分析,并提出应对策略和落地方案。为C能源公司的具体业务发展指明道路方向,对C能源公司拓展下游LNG船舶加注市场、抢占市场先机、引起行业关注具有现实的指导意义。 | |
英文摘要: | C Energy Company is a state-owned enterprise with a complete natural gas industry chain, ensuring national energy security and shouldering great responsibility to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".It is of great significance for C Energy company to manage LNG business well and give full play to the role of LNG in the transition of clean and low-carbon energy, so as to realize the efficient and high-quality development of China's LNG industry.According to energy consultancy IHS, production development and liquefaction account for 13% to 20% of the total LNG industry chain carbon emissions, shipping 1% to 4%, gasification 0% to 3%, and terminal utilization 75% to 85%.The middle and upstream links are easy to centrally control carbon emissions, accounting for a low proportion, while the downstream links are difficult to control carbon emissions, accounting for a high proportion. Each link should be committed to reducing carbon emissions.The shipping industry is responsible for 80% of the world's traded traffic. The rapid development of the shipping industry is a double-edged sword, bringing convenience of trade and transportation, but also a huge negative impact on air quality.LNG vessel bunker business spans two links of shipping and terminal utilization. Promoting clean transformation of shipping industry is not only the due meaning of C Energy Company as a central enterprise, but also an important starting point for C Energy company to seize the blue sea and achieve the goal of carbon reduction. During the period of China's energy structure adjustment, the external environment faced by C Energy Company to develop LNG vessel bunker business has undergone great changes. The macro environment has been stable and improved. The oil and gas reform has intensified industry competition, the national pipe network company has been officially put into operation, and the internal conditions of C Energy Company have also changed.Therefore, the topic of this paper is how C Energy company can cope with the complex environment with its advantages and make a competitive strategy suitable for the current development of LNG vessel bunker business, so as to occupy the blue ocean of the market and obtain new profit growth point. Based on the research objectives, the author carried out in-depth research, consulted a large number of consulting reports and internal corporate literature, and reviewed the theoretical classics.Using PEST tool, Porter's industrial competition theory and EFE matrix, this paper analyzes the external environment of LNG vessel bunker business of C Energy Company from qualitative and quantitative two dimensions, macro, industry and enterprise levels, and deeply analyzes its opportunities and challenges.The strategic grouping theory is used to analyze the market competition pattern and industrial competitors of LNG vessel bunker business in detail. Based on the above research results, the QSPM matrix is used to indicate that C Energy company should choose differentiated competition strategy to develop LNG vessel bunker business at present.Then, the author puts forward the strategy implementation path and specific strategy measures to develop LNG vessel bunker business under the guidance of differentiated competition strategy. Finally, in order to ensure the successful implementation of competitive strategy, five safeguard measures are pointed out. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment for C Energy company to develop LNG vessel bunker business, and proposes countermeasures and implementation plans.This paper is the specific business competition strategy of C Energy Company, which has practical guiding significance for C Energy company to expand the LNG ship refueling market in the downstream sector, seize the market opportunity and attract the attention of the industry. | |
