中文摘要:改革开放使得我国经济取得了非凡成就,随着居民人均寿命的延长和对生 命质量和健康的重视,新需求无疑对医疗机构的供给水平提出了要求。突如其 来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情侵袭了中国大地,这对中国以公立医院为主的病人 收治能力和软硬件水平施加了前所未有的压力。经过二十余年的快速发展,医 疗器械经营企业在此次疫情中发挥了突出作用,及时的提供物资供给,几乎没 有造成物资的短缺,展示了强大的产业链优势。与此同时,随着全国经济改革 进入深水区,老龄化社会带来的对医保的压力与日俱增,各种针对医疗行业的 政策层出不穷等,都将医疗器械行业引入到了面临改革的新阶段。医疗器械经 营企业,如何在医改和后疫情时代的双重背景下,突破原有商业模式瓶颈,实 现商业模式的再造,实现资本价值的最大化,是摆在企业面前的课题。 本文的研究对象是研究医疗器械经营企业 LPMED 公司商业模式再造的方法。 传统医疗器械经营企业是通过销售医疗设备和医疗耗材获得差价进行盈利,获 利结构简单,业务流程相对固定,行业竞争者趋于过剩,受政策影响,小型医 疗器械经营企业被淘汰出局,疫情的出现加速了行业调整的步伐。 本研究先回顾了商业模式的定义,详细介绍商业模式创新战略及其量化模 型,商业模式演化的路径理论,基于显性和隐性视角的冰山理论等作为讨论 LPMED 商业模式再造的理论基础。通过对比国内外医疗器械行业商业模式的概况, 着重结合后疫情时代对医疗器械经营企业的特殊影响,建立“后疫情时代医疗 器械经营企业的商业模式再造”的策略、实施和评估。LPMED 公司是具有二十 年经营历史的传统医疗器械经营企业,具有代表性,经过多年的商业模式创新, 力求将理论和实践相结合,建立一种实用性强的动态商业模式模型,希望本论文能为企业提供参考。 
英文摘要:With the extraordinary achievement of the Reform and Opening Policy and the extension of average life expectancy the guaranty of the life quality require of good ability of the public healthcare institutions. The unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 attacked whole land of China. It put unprecedented pressure on the public hospitals in terms of both patient treatment and hospital facility capability. With the rapid development of the medical device industry in over twenty years it definitely played a positive role during the pandemic while the medical equipment distribution companies can supply with no lack of medical goods. It certainly reflected the great industry advantage which other countries don’t have in global.However, while the Economy reform of China gradually entering to the deep water area and the arrival of aging society the increasing pressure on the medical insurance becomes serious. Various policies for the medical industry emerge one after another, which have introduced the medical device industry into a new stage of reform. Under the dual background of medical reform and post epidemic era, how to break through the bottleneck of the original business model, realize the rebuilding of the business model and maximize the capital value is a topic in front of enterprises The research object of this paper is to study the business model rebuilding method of LPMED company, a medical device business enterprise. Traditional medical device operating enterprises make profits by selling medical equipment and medical consumables. The profit structure is simple, the business process is relatively fixed, and the industry competitors tend to be surplus. Affected by the policy, small medical device operating enterprises are eliminated, and the emergence of the epidemic has accelerated the pace of industry adjustment. This study first reviews the definition of business model, introduces in detail the business model innovation strategy and its quantitative model, the path theory of business model evolution, and the iceberg theory based on explicit and implicit perspectives as the theoretical basis for the discussion of LPMED business model rebuilding. By comparing the general situation of the business model of the medical II Abstract device industry at home and abroad, focusing on the special impact of the post epidemic era on the medical device business enterprises, this paper establishes the strategy, implementation and evaluation of "business model rebuilding of medical device business enterprises in the post epidemic era". LPMED company is a traditional medical device business enterprise with a business history of 20 years. After years of business model innovation, LPMED company strives to combine theory and practice to establish a practical dynamic business model. I hope this paper can provide reference for enterprises.
