| 中文摘要: | 在面对国内外政治经济环境复杂多变的背景下,中国社会经济发展稳中有进,经济总量稳居世界第二位。供给侧结构性改革的纵深推进,发展潜能不断释放,韧劲十足。发展不平衡不充分的问题逐步缓解,多年来中国国内一直呈现出东部沿海地区经济发达,而西部内陆地区经济较为落后的局面,而随着“一带一路”、西部大开发、关中城市群、成渝城市群等发展规划的持续推进,发展较为落后的地区经济水平不断提高。2021年2月,国家取得了脱贫攻坚战的全面胜利,标志着在中国最具代表性的农村的发展将进入到一个崭新的阶段。 本文通过宏观环境分析、产业竞争环境分析以及迈尔克·波特竞争战略理论的应用,对天津航空公司的现状及未来发展路线进行了深入的剖析,首先从战略分组、产业细分、产业五力特征以及产业演变,其次从产品角度、市场角度分别分析,从低成本与差异化、广泛化与集中化中选择出最适合天津航空公司未来发展的竞争战略,再次是竞争战略价值链构建的整体措施,从价值链的经济技术特性细分开始,分别对关键活动从价值贡献、成本占比、技术三个角度进行细分,然后从细分活动的驱动因素出发,制定出价值链构建的具体措施,并确保各个措施之间的一致性与持久性。 希望通过本文的研究结论,能够对天津航空有限责任公司未来的经营起到一定的借鉴作用,同时也希望能够给在中国发展干支结合业务的航空公司提供战略思路,为中国民航业未来的繁荣发展贡献一份力量。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Against the backdrop of complex and volatile political and economic environments at home and abroad, China has made steady progress in its social and economic development, and its economic aggregate remains the second largest in the world. Supply-side structural reform has deepened, unleashing development potential and demonstrating strong resilience. The problem of unbalanced development of insufficient ease gradually, over the years, China has been showing a economically developed eastern coastal areas, and the western inland region economy is relatively backward situation, as the "area", the development of the western region, the Guan Zhong urban agglomeration, Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration development plan for continuous progress, development is relatively backward area economy level enhances unceasingly. In February 2021, China won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty, marking that the development of the most representative rural areas in China will enter a new stage. Through the analysis of macro environment, industrial competitive environment and the application of Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory, this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and future development route of Tianjin airlines. Firstly, it analyzes the strategic grouping, industrial segmentation, the characteristics of five industrial forces and industrial evolution, and then analyzes it from the perspective of product and market. The most suitable competitive strategy for the future development of Tianjin Airlines is selected from the popularization and centralization. Thirdly, the overall measures for the construction of the competitive strategic value chain. Starting from the subdivision of the economic and technological characteristics of the value chain, the key activities are subdivided from the perspectives of value contribution, cost proportion and technology, and then from the driving factors of the subdivided activities, Formulate specific measures for the construction of the value chain, and ensure the consistency and persistence of various measures.
