中文摘要:随着信息技术的快速发展与演变,数字经济对经济生态中的各个产业都产生了革命性的影响,同时也带了新发展机遇。近年来,电子商务持续发展更迭,为经济发展增活力、提升资源配置效率,有力推动传统行业的转型发展。煤炭行业发展早已渡过卖方市场,在超量供给的形式下,市场持续下行。近年,在宏观调控下,产能过剩的局面有所好转,目前行业处于煤电平衡期。传统煤炭企业要想摒弃粗放发展模式,只有加快数字化转型,才能够真正创新发展供应链,提升产业创效能力。G集团是煤炭行业的领军企业,但在数字化发展方面起步偏晚,根据我国提出的“数字化”发展方向,同时为充分提升企业盈利水平,创新增长点,G集团电子商务平台应运而生。 在本文的研究中,以G能源集团电子商务平台作为研究对象,结合现阶段已经出台的一系列战略管理理论知识和相关文献,分别站在战略制定,战略选择,战略实施和战略内外部分析的角度对G平台制定更加科学合理的战略规划,利用PEST分析法,对煤炭电商行业宏观环境展开探讨,同时对煤炭行业内部的实际竞争状况也展开了简要介绍,并通过SWOT分析法等手段,分析煤炭电商当前的发展状况和发展趋势,确定G平台发展战略和战略目标,并细化宏观战略,给出了业务功能设计的建方向,同时,找到围绕战略目标达成的战略实施对策及战略实施中需要的各项保障。希望通过战略的布局和科学规划,帮助G平台实现更好更快的发展,发挥全产业链效能,提升母公司盈利水平,乃至推动整个行业的数字化转型发展。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development and evolution of information technology, digital economy has not only had a revolutionary impact on various industries in the economic ecology, but also brought new development opportunities. In recent years, e-commerce has continued to develop and change, adding vitality to economic development, improving the efficiency of resource allocation, and effectively promoting the transformation and development of traditional industries. The development of the coal industry has already passed through the seller's market, and the market continues to decline in the form of excess supply. In recent years, under macro-control, the situation of overcapacity has improved. At present, the industry is in the coal power balance period. If traditional coal enterprises want to abandon the extensive development model, only by accelerating the digital transformation can they truly innovate and develop the supply chain and improve the industrial efficiency creation ability. G group is a leading enterprise in the coal industry, but it started late in digital development. According to the "digital" development direction proposed by China, and in order to fully improve the profitability of enterprises and innovate growth points, G group's e-commerce platform came into being. In the research of this paper, we take the e-commerce platform of G energy group as the research object, combined with a series of strategic management theoretical knowledge and relevant literature that have been issued at this stage, study the formulation of more scientific and reasonable strategic planning of G platform from the perspective of strategic formulation, strategic selection, strategic implementation and internal and external analysis, and use PEST analysis method, This paper discusses the macro environment of coal e-commerce industry at the present stage. At the same time, it also briefly introduces the actual competition within coal, analyzes the current development status and development trend of coal e-commerce by means of SWOT analysis, and determines the development strategy and strategic objectives of G platform, And find the strategy implementation countermeasures and various guarantees needed in the strategy implementation. It is hoped that through strategic layout and scientific planning, G platform can achieve better and faster development, give full play to the efficiency of the whole industrial chain, improve the profitability of the parent company, and even promote the digital transformation and development of the whole industry.
