| 中文摘要: | 产业的智能化升级对技术的发展速度和芯片的普及应用都提出了更高的要求。由于全球经济发展和格局调整,中美贸易战逐渐升温,美国在“卡脖子”技术上对我国进行了封锁,2020年底我国爆发了缺“芯”风暴,重点行业一“芯”难求,芯片的国产化替代势在必行。集成电路产业是国家综合科技实力的重要标志,是联结传统制造业与人工智能、智能车联网、大数据等新兴产业深度融合的关键纽带。国家及各地方纷纷出台有力政策,支持集成电路产业的发展和壮大,随之将为社会的进步注入新的活力。 天津西青经济技术开发区是天津市最早的国家级开发区之一,是承载天津市经济上行的重要载体和平台,汇聚着产业、技术、人才等诸多发展要素。自1992年成立以来,一直保持着良好的发展态势。赛达新兴产业园作为天津西青经济技术开发区及赛达新城的核心战略区,是未来中芯国际T4项目的预留发展高地,有着充足的载体空间,但目前园区有着诸如产业定位不清晰、空置率高、缺乏有力的营销策略等现状。在我国迫切需要发展集成电路产业并实现关键技术国产替代的产业背景下,通过理论分析工具,指出京津地区主要园区在吸引集成电路产业进驻方面的竞争态势、赛达发展集成电路的产业集群潜能、赛达新兴产业园自身的优劣势以及面临的外部机遇和威胁,深入剖析导致园区现状的营销问题,探讨集成电路产业的细分领域及各领域的发展需求与赛达新兴产业园承载能力结合的可行性。进而基于营销战略理论,以集成电路设计产业为主导产业,制定最为适宜的营销策略。根据集成电路设计企业的实际需求,打造合理的物理发展空间及定制化的增值服务,为企业构建良好的产业发展生态,从而吸引企业落户,增强企业发展的稳定性。 有效的招商引资策略将放大赛达品牌效应,完善赛达集成电路产业集群,提升落户企业满意度和投资粘性。通过本文的研究,希望为相关同类园区提供有益参考和启发。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The intelligent upgrading of the industry puts forward higher requirements for the development speed of technology and the popularization as well as the application of integrated circuit. Due to the global economic development and pattern adjustment, the Sino-US trade war has gradually heated up, and the United States has blocked China in the "neck" technology. At the end of 2020, China broke out a storm of lack of "core", and it is difficult to find a "core" in key industries. It is imperative to replace the localization of integrated circuit. The integrated circuit industry is an important symbol of the country's comprehensive scientific and technological strength and a key link connecting the deep integration of traditional manufacturing industry with emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, intelligent vehicle networking and big data. The state and local governments have issued strong policies to support the development and growth of the integrated circuit industry, which will inject new vitality into the progress of society. Tianjin Xiqing Economic Technological Development Area is one of the earliest national development areas in Tianjin. It is an important carrier and platform for Tianjin's economic upward, gathering many development elements such as industry, technology and talents. Since its establishment in 1992, it has maintained a good development trend. As the core strategic area of Tianjin Xiqing Economic Technological Development Area and XEDA new city, XEDA Sci-tech Park is the reserved development highland of SMIC T4 project in the future with sufficient carrier space. However, at present, the park has some current situations, such as unclear industrial positioning, high vacancy rate, lack of effective marketing strategy and so on. Under the industrial background that China urgently needs to develop the integrated circuit industry and realize the important of domestic substitution on key technologies. through theoretical analysis tools, this paper points out the competitive situation of the main parks in Beijing and Tianjin about attracting the investment of integrated circuit industry, introduces the industrial cluster potential of XEDA for developing integrated circuits, its own advantages and disadvantages, as well as the external opportunities and threats faced by XEDA Sci-tech Park. Then, to deeply analyze the marketing problems leading to the current situation of the park, and explore the feasibility of the combination of the subdivided fields of the integrated circuit industry and the development needs of various fields with the carrying capacity of XEDA Sci-tech Park. Based on the marketing strategy theory, taking the IC design industry as the leading industry, formulate the most appropriate marketing strategy. According to the actual needs of IC design enterprises, create reasonable physical development space and customized value-added services to build a good industrial development ecology for enterprises, so as to attract enterprises to settle down and enhance the stability of enterprise development. Effective investment promotion methods will amplify XEDA's brand effect, improve XEDA's integrated circuit industry cluster, and improve the satisfaction and investment stickiness of settled enterprises. Hope to provide useful reference and inspiration for similar parks through this study. | |
