中文摘要: 近年来,由于我国经济和科技水平得到了不断的提升,支付结算业务在公司的经营活动中也逐渐占据了越来越重要的位置。一方面,公司需要商业银行提供良好的业务系统环境帮助其完成大量且复杂的资金活动并提供资金的安全性保障;另一方面,商业银行需要通过对公支付结算业务与公司客户建立密切的联系,促进对公业务发展。然而,对公支付结算业务具有牵涉面广、内容复杂、难于管理的特征,这也使得CB商业银行(以下简称CB银行)在风险管理过程中承受了越来越大的压力。因此,本文将试图通过探讨CB银行对公支付结算业务风险管理的现状,结合相关的管理学理论知识,找到适用于CB银行的优化策略及实施保障,并为同类银行提供借鉴经验。 本篇论文利用了理论与实践结合、文献分析、案例分析等方法,力图对CB银行对公支付结算业务进行全面分析,得出有效的研究结论。本文共分为六个章节。第一章简述了本文的研究的背景与意义、内容与框架、方法与创新点。第二章描述了对公支付结算业务及其风险相关的概念、理论及文献情况。第三章通过CB银行及其对公支付结算业务经营现状和风险管理现状的分析,寻找其中存在的风险问题及成因。第四章为CB银行提出了当前风险管理的优化策略。第五章描述了为使上述风险管理的优化策略能够顺利实行所需要的相关实施保障。第六章对本文的研究结果中的不足之处提出了相应的建议,并展望了未来的发展方向。 本文从CB银行对公支付结算账户管理、传统的对公支付结算业务和新兴对公支付结算产品的管理和使用角度分析了其存在的风险问题及成因,针对实际情况从内控制度、科技水平、人员管理等方面提出了相应的优化策略。并且为了能够保障优化策略的高效实行,提出CB银行应创建有效的风险管理制度并提供所需的资源保障,在实施过程中保持全局观,做好监督和审查,随时确定计划顺利实行。在优化策略实行后,也应及时做好评价反馈,并随时根据实际情况进行继续优化和改革,保证优化策略的时效性。  
英文摘要: In recent years, due to the continuous improvement of China's economic and scientific and technological level, payment and settlement business has gradually occupied a more and more important position in the company's business activities. On the one hand, the company needs commercial banks to provide a good business system environment to help them complete a large number of complex capital activities and provide capital security; On the other hand, commercial banks need to establish close contact with corporate customers through corporate payment and settlement business to promote the development of corporate business. However, corporate payment and settlement business has the characteristics of wide involvement, complex content and difficult management, which also makes CB Commercial Bank (hereinafter referred to as CB bank) bear more and more pressure in the process of risk management. Therefore, this paper will try to find the optimization strategy and implementation guarantee suitable for CB bank by discussing the current situation of corporate payment and settlement business risk management of CB bank, combined with relevant management theoretical knowledge, and provide reference experience for similar banks. This paper makes use of the combination of theory and practice, literature analysis, case analysis and other methods to make a comprehensive analysis of CB bank's corporate payment and settlement business and draw effective research conclusions. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the research background and significance, content and framework, methods and innovations of this paper. The second chapter describes the concepts, theories and literature related to corporate payment and settlement business and its risks. The third chapter analyzes the operation status and risk management status of CB bank and its corporate payment and settlement business, and looks for the existing risk problems and causes. The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of current risk management for CB bank. The fifth chapter describes the relevant implementation guarantee for the smooth implementation of the above risk management optimization strategy. The sixth chapter puts forward corresponding suggestions for the deficiencies in the research results of this paper, and looks forward to the future development direction. This paper analyzes the existing risk problems and causes from the perspective of CB bank's corporate payment settlement account management, traditional corporate payment settlement business and the management and use of emerging corporate payment settlement products, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the aspects of internal control system, scientific and technological level and personnel management. In order to ensure the efficient implementation of the optimization strategy, it is proposed that CB bank should create an effective risk management system and provide the required resource guarantee, maintain an overall view in the implementation process, do a good job in supervision and review, and determine the smooth implementation of the plan at any time. After the implementation of the optimization strategy, the evaluation feedback shall also be made in time, and the optimization and reform shall be continued according to the actual situation at any time to ensure the timeliness of the optimization strategy.
