中文摘要:融资租赁是一个综合性较强的行业,涵盖金融、税务、风险、法律、投资等专业领域,涉及机械设备、施工生产、工艺流程等板块,所以对融资租赁行业的管理者及从业者具有较高的素质要求。目前,国内很多融资租赁行业专业人才缺乏、激励体系功能缺失。绩效管理作为企业管理中至关重要的环节,在吸引、激励和留住人才方面起着重要的作用。然而,如何借助先进的绩效管理体系和工具,进行竞争力的全方面提升,以达到企业战略目标的实现,是非常必要且关键的。 本文以G公司为例,根据该公司发展的背景以及目前面临的形势,对G公司绩效考核体系存在的问题进行分析,并提出G公司绩效考核体系优化方案,从而助力G公司健康可持续的发展。全文分为五个部分:第一部分介绍了研究背景及意义。第二部分阐述了绩效管理相关概念与内容,梳理提炼了现代管理中两种绩效考核方法,关键绩效指标法和平衡计分卡法,这些理论知识为本文研究的问题提供了理论基础。第三部分采用以问卷调查及访谈的形式,对G公司绩效考核体系现状和存在的问题进行描述,并对问题形成的原因进行分析。第四、五部分提出G公司绩效考核体系优化方案,并就如何实现优化方案提出了保障措施。 通过对G公司绩效考核体系的优化设计,希望能为融资租赁行业建立科学的绩效考核管理体系提供理论依据和现实指导,并起到一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Finance lease is a highly comprehensive industry,covering finance,tax,risk, law,investment and other professional fields,involving machinery and equipment, construction and production,technological process and other sectors,so there have high quality requirements on the managers and practitioners in the finance leasing industry.At present,many finance leasing industries in China are short of professionals and lack of incentive system functions.Performance management as a crucial link in enterprise management,plays an important role in attracting,motivating and retaining talents.How to use advanced performance management system and tools to improve competitiveness in all aspects,in order to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise is very necessary and critical. This paper taking G company as an example,analyzes the existing problems of G company according to it’s development background and current situation,and presents the optimization scheme,to promote the healthy and sustainable development.The paper is divided into five parts:the first part introduces the background and significance of the research.The second part describes the related concepts and contents of performance appraisal,and summarizes two methods of performance appraisal,such as KPI and BSC,these knowledge provides a theoretical basis for the studied problems.The third parts,in the form of interviews and questionnaires,describe the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth and fifth parts present the optimization scheme ,and put forward the safeguard measures on how to achieve the optimization scheme. Through the optimization design of G company’s performance appraisal system,it is hoped to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the finance leasing industry to establish a scientific performance appraisal management system,and work for certain reference.
