中文摘要：	数字化转型的浪潮，促使越来越多的大型企业建立了私有云，然而私有云建成后应用和管理过程中暴露出的问题逐渐增多，大量资金、人力的投入，对业务支撑与业务创新却并未达到预期的高效、敏捷等效果，逐渐成为私有云的关键痛点。因此，如何优化提升私有云服务管理，解决私有云服务管理过程中出现的各类问题，充分发挥私有云效能，为业务创新赋能成为了每一个建立私有云企业的核心诉求。 本文以一家具有代表性的大型国有企业C公司作为案例，以私有云服务管理模式为研究对象，结合实际工作开展调研访谈，综合文献分析，以案例研究的方法开展研究，对C公司私有云服务管理进行了全面、透彻的分析和研究。本文从C公司私有云服务管理现状入手，从规划设计、建设实施、推广应用、运营运维等方面详细介绍管理情况，然后对其存在的问题及原因进行分析说明，阐述了C公司私有云服务管理优化提升的必要性和必然性，引出应用服务管理和平台理论对私有云服务管理提升的可行性，进而基于问题和原因分析给出针对性的优化策略，并从组织文化、团队能力等方面制定保障措施，确保优化策略的落地实施，最后形成研究结论。 通过对案例C公司私有云服务管理的研究分析，主要研究成果如下：基于平台化战略整合资源、提升服务能力、构建服务生态是企业私有云服务管理优化提升的重要探索方向，将服务管理、平台理论与企业私有云服务管理相结合，可以充分发挥出“平台+服务+生态”的运营优势，但需充分结合私有云服务发展特性分阶段循序渐进式的推进，实现私有云为业务创新赋能的目标；服务管理体制机制需随着企业私有云不同发展阶段的目标、特点和需求进行调整，保证各项体制机制的合理性和有效性，并需要从组织文化和协同合作等方面为体制机制的变更和落地实施提供保障。本文以点带面，通过案例公司私有云服务管理的分析及研究，探讨了服务管理和平台理论在私有云服务管理中的理论指导和实践探索，具有一定的研究价值。
英文摘要：	The arrival of the wave of state-owned enterprises digital transformation，make more and more large enterprises set up a private cloud. However, after the completion of private cloud, the problems exposed in application and operation management gradually increased. A large amount of capital and manpower were invested, but the supporting effect of the business was not as efficient and agile as expected. Cloud operations management has gradually become the key pain points of private cloud. Therefore, how to optimize and improve private cloud management, solve various problems in the process of private cloud management, make full use of private clouds, and enabling business innovation, has become the core demands of every enterprise that has built or is about to build private cloud. This thesis takes a representative large state-owned enterprise C company as a case; take the mode of private cloud management as the research object. Comprehensive use of literature analysis, case analysis and other research methods, the management of C Company's private cloud service has been comprehensively and thoroughly analyzed and studied. This thesis starts from the current situation of C Company's private cloud management. The management situation is introduced in detail from the aspects of planning and design, construction implementation, promotion and application, operation and maintenance. Then analyze and explain the existing problems and reasons, and expounds the necessity and inevitability of the optimization and improvement of C Company's private cloud service management. This thesis introduces the feasibility of applying service management and platform theory to improve private cloud service management, and then puts forward targeted optimization strategies based on the analysis of problems and causes, and makes service assurance measures from the aspects of organizational culture and team ability to ensure the implementation of optimization strategies, and finally the research conclusion is formed. Through the research and analysis of the private cloud management of company C, the main research results are as follows: Integrating resources, improving service capabilities and building service ecology based on platform-based strategy is an important exploration direction for the optimization and improvement of enterprise private cloud service management. The combination of service management, platform theory and enterprise private cloud service management can give full play to the operational advantages of "platform + service + ecology". However, it is necessary to fully combine its own business development characteristics in a step-by-step manner to achieve the goal of enabling private cloud for business innovation. The service management system and mechanism should be adjusted according to the goals, characteristics and needs of different development stages of enterprise private cloud to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of various systems and mechanisms, and guarantee the change and implementation of the system and mechanism from aspects of organizational culture and cooperation. This thesis discusses the theoretical function and practical significance of platform in private cloud management by analyzing and studying the case company's private cloud management, which is innovative to a certain extent.
