| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着中国资产管理业务的高速发展,银行理财业务已成为我国金融市场上的庞然大物。在我国加强金融监管的大背景下,我国银行理财业务已从刚性兑付、多级嵌套、期限错配等不规范运作的状态,逐渐向合规、理性、净值化发展。伴随政府一些配合银行控股理财子公司发展的政策出台与实施,各家商业银行理财子公司也陆续组建,以单独法人的形式运营理财产品业务,促使商业银行自营资本和理财类资产之间成功进行了风险分离。一方面,资管新规等系列监管文件使得理财行业从产品成立到销售的各个环节都发生巨大变化,理财子公司需要适应新的行业生态;另一方面,随着疫情的冲击,全球经济进入低迷期,我国成为全球资本市场最为闪耀的明星,在此特殊背景下,理财子公司该如何利用契机将自身发展壮大,服务实体经济,也是一个难点。 本文依靠笔者多年资产管理领域的工作经验,参考学习了国内外资产管理相关文献,对理财运作相关概念进行了解释,归纳解读了理财行业相关监管文件的要点和方向指引,并总结分析了当前商业银行资产管理行业的总体发展历程,找到理财公司的发展战略。本文以ZY理财有限责任公司为研究主体,并对其利用PEST的分析方法框架对投资及理财业务所处宏观层面环境展开了剖析,并利用波特五力模型剖析了ZY理财有限责任公司的产业竞争形势,在投资者议价能力、融资公司议价能力、潜在竞争对手威胁、新型替代品威胁和同产业竞争者竞争等五大主要方面做了详尽剖析,对ZY银行理财公司企业内部情况进行了细致分析。 本文基于对ZY银行理财公司内外部环境分析,运用SOWT矩阵,对其内部的优势、劣势,以及外部的机遇、威胁进行了深入的分析,并得出适合ZY银行理财公司的战略类型,并阐述了战略的定位和目标,最后详述了战略的实施,通过充分发挥与母行协同效应,提升公司投资研究能力,做好风险控制保障,落实以客户为中心的服务理念以及完善绩效考核机制等措施,将战略落到实处。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the rapid development of China's asset management business, bank financial management business has become a behemoth in China's financial market. Under the background of strengthening financial supervision in China, China's Bank financial management business has gradually developed from the state of non-standard operation such as rigid cashing, multi-level nesting and term mismatch to compliance, rationality and net worth. With the introduction and implementation of some government policies to cooperate with the development of bank holding financial subsidiaries, financial subsidiaries of commercial banks have also been established one after another to operate financial product business in the form of separate legal persons, which has promoted the successful risk separation between proprietary capital and financial assets of commercial banks. On the one hand, a series of regulatory documents such as the new asset management regulations have made great changes in all links of the financial management industry from product establishment to sales, and the financial management subsidiaries need to adapt to the new industry ecology; On the other hand, with the impact of the epidemic, the global economy has entered a downturn, and China has become the most shining star in the global capital market. Under this special background, it is also a difficulty for financial subsidiaries to take advantage of the opportunity to grow and serve the real economy. Based on the author's many years of working experience in the field of asset management, referring to and learning the relevant literature of asset management at home and abroad, this paper explains the relevant concepts of financial management operation, summarizes and interprets the key points and direction guidance of the relevant regulatory documents of the financial management industry, summarizes and analyzes the overall development process of the current commercial bank asset management industry, and finds the development strategy of the financial management company. This paper takes ZY Financial Management Co., Ltd. as the research subject, analyzes the macro level environment of investment and financial management business by using PEST analysis method framework, and analyzes the industrial competition situation of ZY Financial Management Co., Ltd. by using Porter's five forces model The threat of new substitutes and the competition with competitors in the same industry are analyzed in detail, and the internal situation of ZY bank financial management company is analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of ZY bank financial management company, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and threats by using SOWT matrix, and obtains the strategic type suitable for ZY bank financial management company. By comparing the similarities, differences and suitability of the three enhanced strategies, this paper selects the product R & D strategy, expounds the positioning and objectives of the strategy, and finally details the implementation of the strategy.
