中文摘要:随着信息化的逐渐完善,工业互联网技术的发展和应用越来越深入,数字化转型的落地具备了重要的支撑条件。再加上疫情对化工行业原材料成本、供应链效率和销售业绩的影响,企业的规模经济效应越来越不明显,对于数字化转型的降本增效作用越来越期待,深入的数字化改革将影响企业未来的竞争力。粉末涂料行业的数字化转型还未有先例,处于探索尝试阶段。本文以粉末涂料制造企业AN为研究对象,探究其作为粉末涂料行业中首批尝试数字化转型的企业面对原材料价格大幅增长、行业竞争越来越激烈、大规模定制交付周期越来越难以满足客户需求的背景下进行的数字化转型现况,对其遇到的问题进行分析并提出改进。 本文根据AN公司数字化转型路径中的各阶段措施和进展,使用数字化转型指数评估工具进行自我评估,发现其转型进程和成熟度都不足够,进而总结并提出了AN公司在数字化转型项目中出现的以下三个方面问题:组织结构不健全与跨界综合性人才的缺乏,统一僵化的业务流程难以适应数字化转型作出调整,以及数字化转型相关技术革新不足。接着,通过阅读数字化相关的政策、分析各行业文献案例、研究最新的咨询报告里的解决方案,再结合粉末涂料行业的实际情况,针对数字化组织建设、流程优化和技术革新这三个方面的问题提出改进。在组织方面要建立专门的数字化转型部门、制定复合型人才选拔培养机制、完善转型项目中的利益相关者管理。在流程优化方面要进行数字化采购优化、业务流程融合优化、财务流程数字化优化。在技术融合方面要加强粉末涂料研发革新,进一步深入推进智慧供应链和打造数字化工厂。实施方面提出了要打造企业文化、设置数字化转型绩效指标、制定合适的激励制度以及建立清晰有效的利益相关者沟通机制。最后提出了数字化转型思维、高层的决策支持、与科技公司跨界合作以及数据安全方面的保障措施。 通过本论文的研究,为AN公司推进数字化进程和提高数字化运营管理水平提供了思路,也可以为行业内外的制造业企业的数字化转型提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the gradual improvement of informatization, the development and application of industrial Internet technology are more and more in-depth, and the implementation of digital transformation has important supporting conditions. In addition, the impact of the epidemic on the raw material cost, supply chain efficiency and sales performance of the chemical industry, the economies of scale effect of enterprises is less and less obvious, and the cost reduction and efficiency increase of digital transformation are more and more expected. The in-depth digital reform will affect the future competitiveness of enterprises. The digital transformation of powder coating industry has no precedent and is in the exploratory stage. This paper takes the powder coating manufacturing enterprise an as the research object, explores its current situation of digital transformation in the face of the sharp increase in raw material prices, increasingly fierce industry competition and more and more difficult mass customization delivery cycle to meet customer needs, analyzes the problems it encounters and puts forward improvements. According to the measures and progress in each stage of an company's digital transformation path, this thesis uses the digital transformation index evaluation tool for self-evaluation, finds that its transformation process and maturity are not enough, and then summarizes and puts forward the following three problems in an company's digital transformation project: imperfect organizational structure and lack of cross-border comprehensive talents, The unified and rigid business process is difficult to adapt to the digital transformation, and the technical innovation related to the digital transformation is insufficient. Then, by reading the policies related to digitization, analyzing the literature cases of various industries, studying the solutions in the latest consulting report, and combined with the actual situation of the powder coating industry, this thesis puts forward improvements for the problems of organization and talents, process optimization and technological innovation. In terms of organization, we should establish a special digital transformation department, formulate a comprehensive talent selection and training mechanism, and improve the stakeholder management in the transformation project. In terms of process optimization, digital procurement optimization, sales process optimization and financial process optimization should be carried out. In terms of technology integration, we should strengthen the R & D and innovation of powder coatings, further promote the intelligent supply chain and build a digital chemical plant. In terms of implementation, it is proposed to build corporate culture, set digital transformation performance indicators, formulate appropriate incentive system and establish a clear and effective stakeholder communication mechanism. Finally, it puts forward the guarantee measures of digital transformation thinking, high-level decision support, cross-border cooperation with technology companies and data security. Through the research of this thesis, it provides ideas for an company to promote the digital process and improve the digital operation and management level, and can also provide reference for the digitization of manufacturing enterprises inside and outside the industry.
