中文摘要：	在知识经济时代，知识是最重要的生产要素。同其他类型的生产要素一样，其本身并不产生价值，只有通过科学的管理和利用才能发挥作用。建筑设计企业是传统的知识密集型和人才密集型企业，知识的高效沉淀、充分共享、迅速吸收、有效运用和主动创新的水平，对于提升企业员工能力、企业竞争力和创新水平有着至关重要的作用。 然而，我国建筑设计企业的普遍现状是管理水平落后，尤其是企业知识更新和科学管理更是难见端倪。企业面临着巨大的市场压力，人员流失严重，尝试在管理方面进行突破，方向往往是提高工作效率，结果往往是诞生了若干新部门，出台了若干新考核政策，占据了更多设计人员宝贵的时间，没能在提升企业人才和技术竞争优势方向真正有建树。知识对于建筑设计企业的意义非同一般，因此本文尝试探讨该类企业通过科学的知识管理体系架构，提升科学的知识管理水平继而提升整体管理和技术水平，最终提升竞争力的一种方向。 本文吸收和借鉴了近些年来国内外学者对于知识和知识管理的理论研究，并延伸至企业知识管理尤其是建筑设计企业知识管理领域。对目前比较流行的企业知识管理模型和成熟度模型进行了论述和对比，针对建筑设计行业的工作特点和知识特点，结合AA建筑设计院企业总体情况和知识管理的现状，利用上述理论模型和工具进行有效分析，尝试得出该企业知识管理的相关问题和解决方案，并尝试通过问题识别，建立该企业的知识管理体系架构。最后阐述了该企业在这套管理架构下的实施规划和实施保障方案。
英文摘要：	In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the most important factor of production. Like other types of production factors, they do not produce value in themselves, and can play a role only through scientific management and utilization. Architectural design enterprises are traditional knowledge intensive and talent intensive enterprises. The level of efficient precipitation, full sharing, rapid absorption, effective application and active innovation of knowledge plays a vital role in improving the ability of employees, enterprise competitiveness and innovation level. However, the general situation of China's architectural design enterprises is that the management level is backward, especially the enterprise knowledge renewal and scientific management. Enterprises are facing huge market pressure and serious personnel loss. They try to make a breakthrough in management. The direction is often to improve work efficiency. As a result, a number of new departments have been born and a number of new assessment policies have been issued, which occupy more valuable time for designers and fail to make real achievements in improving the competitive advantage of enterprise talents and technology. Knowledge is of great significance to architectural design enterprises. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore a direction for such enterprises to improve the scientific knowledge management level, then improve the overall management and technical level, and finally enhance their competitiveness through the scientific knowledge management system architecture. This paper absorbs and draws lessons from the theoretical research on knowledge and knowledge management by scholars at home and abroad in recent years, and extends to the field of enterprise knowledge management, especially the knowledge management of architectural design enterprises. This paper discusses and compares the popular enterprise knowledge management model and maturity model. According to the working characteristics and knowledge characteristics of the architectural design industry, combined with the overall situation of AA Architectural Design Institute and the current situation of knowledge management, this paper makes an effective analysis by using the above theoretical models and tools, and tries to get the relevant problems and solutions of the enterprise knowledge management, And try to establish the knowledge management architecture of the enterprise through problem identification. Finally, it expounds the implementation planning and implementation guarantee scheme of the enterprise under this management structure.
