中文摘要：	如今信息的传播和共享加快 市场 需 求 的 变化 要 快速传导到产品开发中 而 产品 的集成和复杂度越来 越 高 ，使得项目管理的难度与日俱增。 因此， 在这个瞬息万变的 时代 ，企业 要想 产品具有竞争力 ，就必须 及时 响应 环境变化， 不断优化流程， 改进项目管理方式， 按时推出 可靠的满足 客户要求 的 产品 这 些都对项目 管理 有 了更高的要求 。 近 年来，敏捷管理作为一 种 实践的方法，广泛的应用于软件开发中，对提高软件 项目管理效率， 应对 频繁的 需求变化， 保证项目的质量有着非常重要的 意义 。 传统项目管理的方法都是基于严格的事先计划、 论证 、 执行 、 交付 。而企业 要 满足 客户不断变化的需求，以及 市场的快速变化 传统的项目管理 的方法 很难适应。 L公司 的 服务器 项目 是一个复杂的集成系统 在项目管理中 碰到了 诸多问题 如 项目 范围难确定 ，需求变更 流程繁琐 项目交付延迟 等。 而敏捷 项目管理通过敏捷的规划 、 评估 、 反复的迭代 加上 可视化的看板，使整个项目能够适应不断 变化的需求 这些特性为传统的项目管理提供一个新的思路。 敏捷 项目管理从 规划 、 控制和执行上能够很好的解决当前 L公司服务器项目管理 的困境为公司 服务器 项目 管理 提供了一个非常好的 方法和实践。 本研究以L公司服务器项目为研究对象 , 主要从 当前 项目管理现状、项目管 理 模型设计 、以及项目的保障措施几个方面进行分析研究 。从 L公司项目管理 的问题出发，针对 现有 的主要问题， 结合 SCRUM和 动态系统开发方法 (DSDM)框架，为 L公司 设计了项目管理模型，为实施 敏捷项目管理 奠定了理论基础。其次， 应用设计的敏捷模型优化 项目组织结构 ，提升 项目范 围和需求变更管理，并设计出独有的风险管理方法。 最后， 是 敏 项目管理在 L公司项目中的 实施保障以及 成效 。 基于敏捷项目管理在L公司服务器项目 的 实践，通过本研究 将 敏捷 价值观 融入到 L公司的 项目 管理流程中 。通过敏捷环境和文化的建设 ，为 敏捷 项目管理 的实施提供了保障 实践的方法和模型 对 同类型 的项目也有借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	In today's society, the dissemination and sharing of information and technology are accelerating. The changes of market needs should be quickly transmitted to product development with complex products, which makes project management more and more difficult. Therefore, in this rapidly changing era, enterprises should timely respond to environmental changes, constantly optimize processes, improve project management methods, and launch reliable products to meet customer requirements on time, so as to make products competitive. All these have higher requirements for project management. In recent years, agile management, as a practical method, is widely used in software development. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of software project management, deal with frequent demand changes and ensure the quality of the project. Traditional project management methods are based on strict prior planning, demonstration, implementation and delivery. At present, in order to meet the changing needs of customers and the rapid change of the market, the traditional project management method is difficult to adapt. The server project of L company is a complex integrated system. Many problems have been encountered in project management, such as long project cycle, frequent demand changes, many device parts, tight customer request schedule, etc. Agile project management makes the whole project adapt to the changing needs through agile planning, estimation, repeated iteration and visual KANBAN. These characteristics provide a new idea for the traditional project management. Agile project management can solve the current dilemma of L company's server project management from the aspects of planning, control and execution, and provides a very good method and practice for the company's server project management. Taking the server project of L company as the research object, this study mainly analyzes and studies the current project management status, project management model design, and project guarantee measures. Starting from the problems of L company's project management, aiming at the main problems, combined with Scrum and Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) framework, this paper designs a project management model for L company, which lays a theoretical foundation for the implementation of agile project management. Secondly, the agile model is applied to optimize the project organization structure, improve the project scope and demand change management, and design a unique risk management method. Finally, it is the effect and implementation guarantee of agile project management in L company's project. Based on the practice of agile project management in L company's server project, this study integrates agile values into L company's project management process. The construction of agile environment and culture provides a guarantee for the implementation of agile project management. The practical methods and models can also be used for reference for similar projects.
